Anything can be divided into twenty categories. So it is said. Among them, the vows that should not be abandoned can be divided into one hundred Secondly, for all the conceptual thoughts of sentient beings, as an antidote, vows are also expanded to that extent, so it is impossible to say. Because it is said "six realms of samsara" and so on, to subdue the conceptual thoughts of the three realms. Thirdly, in the "Compendium of Intentions" it says: "Completely destroyed great, fundamental destroyed and branch destroyed, as well as accompanied destroyed and gradually destroyed five kinds." In this way, if destroyed, it can be perfected by replenishing, so it surpasses the lower ones. Among them, if a Shravaka occurs with concealing failure, it cannot be restored, like a broken pottery pot. A Bodhisattva is like a broken gold and silver vessel, which can be repaired by a blacksmith, and can be restored by relying on a spiritual friend. Here, it is like a dented gold vessel, which can be restored by one's own efforts, without relying on others.

It can be restored by its own power. The way to do that is, as mentioned before, "Whatever needs to be fulfilled, through actions, substances, intentions, and, Samadhi and that very nature." Just like that. The fifth is the fault of transgression, which includes the root, branches, and, the fault of associating with transgression. The first is, it says right here, "If the root samaya is broken, all practices will be reversed, various unpleasant things, unwanted results will appear." Just like that. The second is, "If the branch samaya is broken, there will be no result and one will fall into the lower realms." Just like that. The third is, "The stains of breaking the root." and so on, and also in the Kun Dus, "Just as milk rots, the rot causes all the milk to rot, if one yogi transgresses, all yogis will be harmed." Just like that. The sixth is the qualities: "The knowledge holder of the Victorious Ones, is honored by the world's lords and retinue, the supreme holy ones and the holy ones, regard him as son and brother and bestow blessings, he enters the realm of the Sugatas, and unites with the fearless Samantabhadra." Just like that. Therefore, one must strive to protect through mindfulness, awareness, and diligence, because it says in the Vinaya Source, "If you desire the supreme accomplishment, it is easy to give up your life, it is easy even when the time of death has come, always protect the vows." Just like that. The sixth is the playful activity, which has six aspects. The first is the purpose: the activity of accomplishing the benefit of oneself and others through benefiting and, subduing, as it says in the Khok Zhung, "Accomplishing the benefit of oneself and others is activity." Just like that. That is, pacifying pacifies external diseases and evil spirits, and internal thoughts. Increasing increases external retinue and enjoyment, and internal life, merit, and realization. Magnetizing enables one to gather whatever one desires externally, and internally enables one to gain control over one's own mind. Wrathful activity destroys external enemies and obstacles, and internal coarse and subtle afflictions, therefore, it says in the Thugs Thig, "To pacify external and internal pain, to increase the increase of the two, to gather the four of magnetizing, to destroy the two kinds of violence." Just like that. The second is the essence: the action that mainly aims at the benefit of others, arising from the cause of the four immeasurables.

Ah! And the activity of skillful means possessed by great wisdom. In the 'Essence Drop' it says: From the outer immeasurable, there are four. The remainder are the image and two methods. Stupa gate and fire offering. Thus it says. Third is the meaning of the word: The word Karma (Tibetan: ཀརྨ་) means activity, it is the intention of the doer who possesses the nature of activity of the three doors of body, speech, and mind. Fourth is the classification: Therein it says: Because it is specifically designated by meaning, self-nature, path, and great compassion. Therefore, in general, there are three activities: the base of self-nature, the path of means, and the result of compassion. The two, base and result, can be understood from the fifty-fourth chapter of the 'Extensive Section' and so on. Here, the activity of the path has: 1. Meaning, the object to be done; 2. The activity that can be done; 3. Classification of the method of doing; 4. Differences in the way of doing. First, it is all sentient beings of the three realms. Among them, if specifically distinguished, they are the harmful, the sinful, the poor, the heretical, and the violent. Second, there are five: pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, subjugating, and spontaneously accomplishing. Third, there are actual classifications, which deity is the main deity, which mantra to rely on, and when to do it. First, there are actions through the gate of fire, through the gate of substances, through the gate of lineage, through the gate of stupas, and through the gate of mudras. In the root text it says: Through the gate of stupa mudras, homa, dance, song, and substances are done. Thus it says. First, doing through the gate of fire, there are outer, inner, and secret fire offerings. First, in the root of the fire offering it says: Place, substance, shape of the hearth, mantra and main deity, the one to be accomplished, stake, deity, time, order, the remaining eleven should be known. Thus, there are eleven meanings. First, the place is: In general, pacifying and increasing are done in auspicious places, magnetizing and subjugating are done in fierce places. Specifically, in the root it says: The peak where mountains gather, the island of water, the smooth place, begin the actions to be done first. Forest, medicinal land, flower garden, lush mountain are said to be increasing. Crossroads where three rivers meet, foundation crossroads, empty places are said to be gathering. In the evil place of the cemetery, if done especially, it will surely be accomplished. Thus it says. In the 'Small Commentary' it says: A garden with trees and lush bushes, trees of...
