In the "Important Self-Commentary," it is said that the self-nature dakini is called "Terrifying Mother," because there is no place to dwell, and she enjoys all enjoyments, which is the tongue. It is also said that she is called "Pervading Mother" because she can transmit information both internally and externally. In the center of the crown chakra, the bindu of Samantabhadra is situated, with the white letter "ཧཾ་" (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ཧཾ་) facing downwards. The Tantra "Ashes Tantra" says: "The unchanging and stable bindu, the letter ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ཧཾ་) is the essence of Bodhicitta." Below the navel is Tummo, whose nature is "རཾ་" (Tibetan: རཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: རཾ་), and the wind-wheel that helps to ignite it, accompanied by the letter "ཡཾ་" (Tibetan: ཡཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: yaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ཡཾ་). In particular, the "Abdominal Sutra" says: "Because it is profound, the Bodhicitta mandala..." up to "The essence is the secret three realms." And the "Vajra Action Sequence" says: "The essence of the eighteen realms is the three realms." Therefore, the eighteen realms and the secret three realms, in total, are twenty-one. The first, according to the "Later Sutra": "Objects and faculties are all, three sixes are similar, by dividing them, they are said to be eighteen realms." The second, the secret faculties of the father and mother, and the three unsurpassed Bodhicittas, are the basis of all phenomena of samsara and nirvana. Moreover, the mind with outflows is the seed of the body, and the outflow of the body is the seed of Bodhicitta. Therefore, it is impossible to have afflictive outflows that are separate from the outflow of semen. Even in the formless realm, among the outflows of the five great elements and the five desires, the outflows of emptiness and sound are manifest, and the rest exist in the form of seeds. This is the basis of samsara. The uncontaminated dharma is the basis for the arising of non-dual wisdom, therefore it is able to perfect all the qualities of nirvana dharma. In this regard, the "Eye Sutra Commentary" says: "The three outer secret mantras, and the root of the treatises, from the explanation of the six three eighteens of objects, faculties, and consciousness, in order to highlight their excellence, the twenty-one realms are explained with two reasons, that is, the addition of the secret three realms." Furthermore, the root of the eighteen realms is the merit of the mudra, the vajra that is the activity of the support that completes and mediates, and the lotus that possesses the collection of merits, and the wisdom born from the union of the means of wind, from the perspective of the support and the supported, is the inner and secret Bodhicitta.

That is the mandala. These are known as the inner bodhicitta mandala, as explained earlier. The essence of the three realms and the eighteen retinues are mentioned in the sequence of activities. Third, the secret bodhicitta bliss-wisdom mandala is where one experiences bliss-wisdom by binding the upper gate wheel with the essence of grasping and controlling, and the lower gate with the essence of dripping warmth and immovability. As it says in the Hevajra Tantra: "Mandala is said to be the essence, bodhicitta is great bliss. Because it is taken, it is the mandala. Gathering is said to be the mandala." As it is said. Seventh, the mandala of the gathering of assemblies is the gathering of supports, individuals, and special objects. As it says in the root text: "The assembly is three kinds of wealth, the gathering is one, three, or five." Each of these is three in each case: fortunate people, joyful deities, and five kinds of wealthy objects. If divided in this way, there are three assemblies: the assembly of fortunate people, the assembly of wealthy objects, and the assembly of joyful deities. Adding the great assembly makes four. The first is the gathering of noble beings who are united in skillful means and wisdom. As it says in the explanatory tantra Vajra: "All friendly beings gather, yogis gather, it is called an assembly." As it is said. The second is the gathering of five special objects and so on. As it says there: "Because the yogi's objects are complete, bliss and enjoyment are said to be an assembly." As it is said. The third is the wisdom mandala with supports and supported, along with protectors, arranging images as supports for accomplishments and meditating, and so on. As it says there: "All deities and oath-bound ones gather, in the great assembly it is said to be an assembly." As it is said. The fourth is the great assembly, which is the completion of merit by using these without hindrance, and the completion of the wisdom assembly by seizing wisdom that does not focus on the act of using. As it says there: "Not grasping at all uses, constantly completing the two assemblies, therefore it is definitely said to be the great assembly." As it is said. The sequence of these activities is, as it says in the Lamrim: "It is completed by the basis and the text, five perfections and four, straightening the text with four approaches and accomplishments, according to whatever one desires, peaceful and wrathful.
