The text explains about the channels of the chakras, and especially the thirty-two principal channels among them. The essence of wind and mind in the six chakras is held, while the impurities cause diseases. The crown and forehead cause phlegm diseases, the throat and heart cause bile diseases, the outer part of the navel and secret place cause wind diseases, and the inner part of the secret place causes combined diseases. There are three types of bodies: gross, subtle, and extremely subtle. This refers to the subtle body. The extremely subtle body is the nature of all channels, known as the central channel of coemergent wisdom. The winds that flow in these channels are of two types: karmic winds and wisdom winds. The karmic winds include: life-sustaining wind, upward-moving wind, pervasive wind, fire-equalizing wind, and downward-cleansing wind. These five are the root aggregate winds. Their functions are: sustaining life, breathing in and out, maintaining the body, lowering temperature, and performing activities such as walking, standing, and the emission and control of the three: feces, urine, and semen. If they are disturbed, they can cause fainting, madness, death, etc., as well as upper body diseases, paralysis, shifting diseases, and lower body diseases. Some say that these winds reside in the center of the body, the upper part, the end of the skin, the boundary of digestion, and below the navel. However, here, it is stated in the Secret Essence Tantra, the King of Wrathful Power Tantras, that they reside in the heart, collarbone, all joints of the body, navel, and genitals. It says, "The pervasive wind resides in the joints, the form aggregate is the body of Vairochana." And so on. The five branch winds, such as the moving wind, reside in the five senses and perform activities such as generation. It says, "The place of the moving wind is the eyes, the pervasive wind is in the ears, the correct moving wind is in the nose, the extremely moving wind is in the tongue, and the definite moving wind is in the body. Eyes, ears, nose, and tongue, the eight bodhisattvas such as Earth-Heart, distinguish between inner and outer consciousness faculties." And so on, it is extensively explained. In particular, the wind that moves in the nose, in the Wrathful Power Yoga自在 Accomplishment Illusory Net Tantra, from both the left and right sides upwards, moves sequentially in the mandala. "Twenty-six thousand arise day and night," therefore, day and night without ceasing.

There are 21,600 breaths of wind moving in one breath. If we consider it in terms of the twelve transformations, out of the sixty-four petals of the navel, the four that were previously divided into six are the transformations of the central channel. Because the mandala does not descend, they are called the four empty channels. The way the remaining sixty move is as follows: From the root channels at the end of the pores, the winds of the channel wheels mix with the winds of the navel and descend to the nostrils through the path of a single tube. Furthermore, the five elements, in the order of gathering and dispersing from left to right, have five 'dbyug gu' (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) for each transformation. Each 'dbyug gu' (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) has three hundred and sixty breaths, so each transformation has one thousand eight hundred breaths. In addition, due to the distinction of the four empty channels, half of each breath, totaling thirty-two parts, is the wind of wisdom. When accumulated, each 'dbyug gu' (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) has eleven and a quarter breaths. Each transformation has fifty-six and a quarter. Six hundred and seventy-five of these move in one day and night, and if condensed into hours, it is one hour, fifty-two 'chu srang' (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), and three breaths. If accumulated for one month, it is fifty-six hours and fifteen 'chu srang' (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning). If repeated twelve times, eleven days and fifteen hours are the number of primordial winds for one year, which will become a substitute for the moon outside. The total primordial winds of a hundred-year-old person take three and a third years, etc., which are described more extensively in other tantras. Regarding colors: the earth wind is yellow, the water wind is white, the fire wind is red, the wind of wind is black, and the sky wind is blue. Regarding size: it passes from four fingers below the navel and runs from the tip of the nose to between twelve and sixteen fingers. Furthermore, if we consider it in terms of the sixteen transformations, as mentioned earlier: "The wind of earth and water and fire, the winds act in order, causing upward and downward movement, upward from both left and right, the mandalas move in order." Therefore, the moving winds are the four: earth, water, fire, and wind. Similarly, through the distinction of left and right, the 21,600 breaths in one day and night also become eight periods. Each of the four great elements has four small elements, so there are sixteen transformations. This is also, through the distinction of left and right, thirty-two hours. Divided into four parts from the transformation, so each 'dbyug gu' (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning)
