The remaining light purifies all the sins and obscurations of my three doors. Third, confessing through the four powers, wherein the object of confession for the power of reliance is: inviting the lama, yidam, and retinue to the space in front. The reliance of one's own continuum is: if one does not abandon refuge and bodhicitta, then the previously practiced confession is sufficient, and it is also mentioned in the confession texts. The power of regret is: confessing with strong remorse in their presence. The power of relying on all antidotes is: for the previously committed misdeeds, generating a firm intention to enter the stages of yoga. The power of restoration is: afterwards, cultivating faith and joy in purity, and vowing not to commit them again even at the cost of one's life. Fourth, with these methods, the confession texts such as "ineffable" should be sung with mournful melodies. As it says in the Essential Instructions: "The imprints of non-virtuous sins are confessed with mournful songs." Fifth, the vow is: with steadfast superior intention, making a vow that corresponds to the words spoken, that is, vowing to become the yidam. Combine this with the twenty vows mentioned in the Tantra of the Wrathful Lotus Garland King, or when seven or more vows are completed. As it says in the Glorious Garland Tantra: "The single-pointed vajra mudra shows the order of vows in the proper way." Therefore, make the vow by placing the single-pointed vajra mudra at the heart. Sixth, recite "Hūṃ Alāla Ho. (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཨ་ལ་ལ་ཧོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं अलाला हो, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ alāla ho, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hūṃ Alāla Ho.)" and so on, and stimulate with the intention of six descents, four departures, and one treasury, and gather blessings with the four "Hūṃs (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hūṃ)," visualizing that the deities pervading space dissolve into oneself, thereby receiving blessings. As it also says in the Essential Garland: "With the mudra of mantra recitation and light gathering, bestow the blessings of the five fruits." Seventh, bless the outer offerings, torma, and the three rakta, which will be explained below. Second, there are two types: peaceful and wrathful. The first has the main part and the subsequent part. The first also has the special preliminary practice of generating bodhicitta, and the actual practice of entering the stages of samadhi. First, generate bodhicitta through believing that the truth of oneself and all others is inseparable. This is divided into conventional and ultimate. The first is: I and limitless sentient beings.

Sa. And so on. The second is, Ema, the five wonders, among which are the three mind generations of ground, path, and fruition. Here, it is the mind generation of the nature ground. Second, there is the necessity of samadhi and the actual practice of meditating on it. First, from the Jewel Net: The main practitioner is the one with samadhi. This samadhi will accomplish, just as light arises in darkness, like the way of transforming into gold-transforming medicine. The one with samadhi controls thoughts. Thus, meditate on samadhi in sequence. So it is said. Second, there are meditating on three samadhis, and the samadhi of meditating on the mandala, and the samadhi of the order of actions. The first has three, among which, to reverse the clinging to appearances as self-nature, the samadhi of suchness is: As it says in that: Things themselves are without things. As it is said and so on, thus all phenomena that appear are meditated on as emptiness, which is unattainable. Heruka Galpo says: Unthinkable, the Dharmadhatu is vast like the sky. The Dharmadhatu sky is free from all thoughts. The unthinkable Dharmadhatu sky is, unattainable in the sky, and there is no object of focus. So it is said. To reverse clinging to one extreme of emptiness, all appearances are, as the Jewel Net says: Suchness is without elaboration, the nature is the realm of all appearances. For the sake of compassion for all sentient beings, meditate on the sky as the sky. As it says, for sentient beings who have not realized the reality of suchness and are like illusions, meditate on great compassion that is unattached and like an illusion, equal to the sky. To reverse clinging to those two as different entities, the samadhi of illusion is, as it says in that: Mind itself is the nature of letters, letters are wish-fulfilling jewel clouds. Thus, self-awareness itself is the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), which is inseparable from appearance and emptiness, possessing the eight measures of clarity and stability. Among them, the four measures of stability are: unmoving, unchanging, not obviously changing, able to be transformed into anything. The four measures of clarity are: clear, resonant, bright, distinct. Then, in the branch of stability, from A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) arises the expansion and contraction of subtle A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), and the expansion and contraction of the forty-three letters should be done. In this it says: A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A). From the extremely stable white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), expand the extremely subtle A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), filling the ten directions and becoming clear.
