Time, which is the instruction not to change from the primordially enlightened state. Second is entrustment, in the Thugs thig it says: Who entrusts what to whom? Why is it entrusted? There are four: who entrusts, to whom, why, and how. First, the teacher Samantabhadra, who spontaneously accomplished the five kayas, and the five lineage teachers of the regents entrust. From that: The teacher, self-born Vajradhara, the two beings of the regent lineage. Second, there are three objects of entrustment: the compiler, future individuals with Dharma eyes, and the mothers and dakinis. From the root text: The compiler, women, yogis with eyes, and so on. Third, the regent lineage teachers are entrusted to the compiler so that they may arise spontaneously. They are entrusted to individuals with Dharma eyes so that they may not be obscured. They are entrusted to the mothers and dakinis so that they may spread in the ten directions and be greatly blessed. Fourth, of the three objects of entrustment, the entrustment to the compiler is: From this very text: To all the Tathagatas, and so on, five lines. Second, the entrustment to individuals with Dharma eyes is: Of all the Tathagatas, this great secret seal essence, and so on, seven lines. Third, the entrustment to the mothers and dakinis is: From the extensive commentary: This essence of my heart, spread in all ten directions, the one who entrusts to its dharani, the wish-fulfilling treasury, the place of the command. The meaning of the path has been extensively explained. Third, in the continuum of knowable fruits, there is the accomplishment of one's own benefit and the performance of the benefit of others. First, there is the way of obtaining, the characteristics, and the categories. First, there is also the way of obtaining the common vehicle and the supreme vehicle. First, from this very text: Then the ten bhumis gradually arise, and perfect, unsurpassed enlightenment is truly obtained. Second, there is the actual and the refutation of disputes. First, by directly realizing the ground as it is, there is no abandonment or attainment, but self-appearance as the mandala of body and wisdom. Thus, from this very text: Wondrous miracles, amazing dharmas, are not found elsewhere, but the wisdom that relies on skillful means arises in such a state. And from the self-commentary of the Samten Migdrön: In essence, self-awareness.

Attaining suchness itself is called obtaining the fruit of Buddhahood. This is only temporarily shown as the nature of conceptualization and accomplishment, but in reality, from becoming self-nature, there is no attainment, it is merely the purification of attachment. Thus it is said. Secondly, some say, when the fruit is obtained, is the ignorance of the base period abandoned or not? If it is like the first case, then the base is not manifested as it is, because in the base period, ignorance exists inseparably with the base. If you accept this, then the vow that the base is manifested as it is will be broken. If it is like the second case, then there is no difference from sentient beings, because ignorance is not abandoned. If you accept this, then relying on the path continuum is meaningless. The answer is, at the time of becoming a Buddha, the naturally pure defilements, which existed before and are now newly abandoned, or the qualities that did not exist before and are now newly accomplished, there is nothing, so there is no previous fault. Although there is no bondage and liberation, what contradiction is there if there is a difference because the non-existent nature is not known? So there is no later fault either. Again, some say, is there a difference between the fruit of Sutra and Tantra? Or is there no difference? If there is no difference, then the fruit of the causal vehicle, the All-Pervading Light, will also become the ultimate fruit of Tantra, then there will be no need to enter Tantra afterwards, because it is the same. If you accept this, then the "Net of Means" says, "After passing beyond the All-Pervading Light, becoming the one with the lotus," and the "Lamp of Wisdom" says, "Your ultimate is the All-Pervading Light, the abode of the Great Means Vehicle." The statement that it is now necessary to enter Tantra is contradictory. If it is like the first case, then Tantra itself becomes a long path, because it is necessary to enter even after obtaining the common fruit. The answer is, Rok Great Sugata said, each fruit accomplished by desire is obtained without deception by all the common vehicles, so saying it is different is not contradictory, just like the ordinary jewel island accomplishing meaning. The ultimate unsurpassed fruit becomes one, so saying it is the same is not contradictory, just like the wish-fulfilling jewel island accomplishing meaning. Such a statement is worthy of praise. Some say that the path of Tantra is distinguished by the means of being easy and fast, but there is no difference in the ultimate fruit of the goal. This is unreasonable, there is a difference between Sutra and Tantra in terms of empowerment and the entry of wisdom into realization.
