The cause of being born in good realms is virtuous karma, and the cause of being born in evil realms is sinful karma. On top of these two, the cause of being born in the upper two realms is the unwavering karma of the four concentrations and the four formless absorptions. Adding these, there are three karmas. As it is said in this very text: 'Emanated by one's own conceptual karma.' The second is that which instigates all those karmas. That is to say, non-virtuous karma instigated by hatred leads to hell, similarly, miserliness leads to hungry ghosts, ignorance leads to animals, desire leads to humans, jealousy leads to Asuras, and pride leads to gods. As it is said in the Later Tantra: 'Afflictive karma is samsara, and it is also the nature of the six realms.' And as it is said in the Extensive Commentary: 'Not knowing the equality of all, and hating all beings, one will transmigrate through the sixteen hells.' And so on. These are also said in the Eye Commentary: 'The causes are merit, non-merit, unwavering karma, and the five afflictions, which are combined separately by subtle, coarse, many, and few.' Thus it is said. So, what is the difference between the cause and the condition of samsara? That which produces the nature of the result is the cause, and that which produces its distinction is the condition. Third, the result of delusion is that the outer container world and the inner sentient beings appear and are clung to, from which afflictions arise.

Established. This is contradictory. If according to the first view, samsara, the subject of debate, should have the possibility of being completely eradicated. If you accept that, then the General Sutra states, "Samsara is a realm without beginning or end." This is clear. If someone asks. The answer is, some say: There is a beginning, which is co-emergent ignorance. This is very unreasonable, because ignorance exists equally with the nature of reality, and because the nature of reality, which is identical to it, is without beginning or end. Again, some say: Decrease exists, but increase does not, so there is also an end, just as counting piles of grain one by one will eventually exhaust them. This is also unreasonable, because of the reason for establishing it. If I also say, if I run far to the east, I will find the end of the sky. How will you refute that? If they say, because the end to be found is not established. Then here too, it is the same, because the end of the row of existing things itself is not established. If they say, decrease exists, but there is no one to increase it. Then here too, one can raise one's head and say, progress exists, but there is no one to stop it. Therefore, the Compendium Sutra states, "This wheel of ignorance has no end and no increase." Furthermore, in general, in a universal sense, there is neither beginning nor end, but because the path is able to liberate, there is an end in the sense of individual beings. Some say: If this is the case, then does the universal pervade the particular, or does it not pervade the particular? If according to the first view, then the particular should also have no end. Because the pervader, the universal, has no end. If according to the second view, then because it does not pervade the particular, it should not be universal. Wise ones! The reason for pervading by the universal of kind is not established, because there is no commitment to the meaning of kind that if the universal disappears, the particular will also disappear. If it is said to pervade by the universal of collection, then even if the universal of collection disappears, there is no pervasion of the particular disappearing. Here, according to the view of the commentaries of Drol and Yung, (in the two meanings and answers of ‹བ›.) The meaning is: It is said in this very text, "The nature itself does not decline." And in the Stages of the Path, it is said, "Because the nature of samsara is invisible." Therefore, samsara and the transcendent dharma, because those two and nothing else can be said, are beyond the realm of thought, and are liberated from the terms of having a beginning and an end. However, if from the perspective of answering, what is contradictory is refuted, and what is the same is compared, so if asked, does the great element-composed space have an edge and a center? If you say yes
