This is too much. Like clinging to fire, thinking there is only one fire, because it is established by dependence. Therefore, whatever is free from the elaboration of one and many, is universally without inherent existence, like space. Second, to establish that the absence of elaboration is the cause of the nature of appearance, spontaneously accomplished, by uncommon reasoning. The above absence of elaboration is the subject. Appearance is the cause of the nature of reality, spontaneously accomplished, even if examined only from the perspective of appearance, it is not truly established. Because the extent of mere appearance has not ceased. If the sign is not established, then is there a connection between appearance and emptiness, or is there no connection? If there is a connection, then it is established. If there is no nature of connection, then it is a cause and effect that does not occur. If it is said that there is no connection, then, at the time of the ground, it becomes not dharma and dharmata; at the time of the path, it becomes that the continuums relying on the two accumulations are different; at the time of the result, it becomes that the two kayas abandon each other's nature, because there is no connection between appearance and emptiness. If it is accepted, the Extensive Commentary says: In the absence itself, various appearances appear, all arise from the realm of wisdom. The scripture has clarified. Wherever there is no connection, there is universally the mutual abandonment of substances, like a pillar and a pot. Second, from the word "paramārthasatya", parama is supreme, artha is meaning, satya is truth. Supreme is the meditative wisdom born from cultivation, and the subsequent cognition of reasoning that accords with it. Meaning is, the emptiness that becomes its object, and the emptiness with the nature of non-affirming negation that accords with it. Because it is not harmed by other wisdoms, it is truth. Or, in the Clear Words Commentary on the Middle Way, it says: Meaning is also it, supreme is also it, therefore it is called ultimate. It itself is truth, therefore it is called ultimate truth. Therefore, meaning, supreme, and truth are considered to be a collection with the same basis. Third, common ones, divide the ultimate reality that partially cuts off elaboration into the ultimate reality with aspects, and the ultimate reality that completely cuts off elaboration into the ultimate reality without aspects. Here, in the Stages of the Path, it says: Five supreme meanings, the realm of wisdom in the result, because of seven and three, it is ultimate. Therefore, seven is: the nature of innate awareness, spontaneously accomplished as the essence of kaya, speech, mind, qualities, activity, realm, and wisdom. It itself says: The vast view and practice of skillful means is, unsurpassed.

It is superior to the Lesser Vehicle. Ultimately, there are seven riches. These seven, when categorized, are three: ultimate nature, ultimate wisdom, and ultimate fruit. The first is the nature of all phenomena, the reality free from elaboration, which is the realm of reality. The second is that, having realized it, there is no obscuration of knowable objects, which is wisdom. The third is the five bodies, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. These are also the manifestation and non-manifestation of nature and fruit, the general and specific aspects of fruit and wisdom, and the distinction between nature and wisdom merely from the perspective of the ground and the fruit. Although earlier scholars said this, I think there is a fault of confusing the aims of the ground and the fruit. Therefore, according to my own view, the realm of reality, free from elaboration, is the ultimate wisdom from the aspect of self-luminosity and freedom from obscuration, and it inherently possesses the five qualities of the fruit, which is the ultimate fruit. It is reasonable to say so. If so, is there a difference from the ultimate fruit? "There is nothing else to be obtained besides that." Therefore, there is no difference in essence, but there is a difference in the way of manifestation, whether it is manifested through the path or not. The fourth aspect has three aspects: essence, characteristic, and the way of establishing nature. The first is that the ultimate of the Lesser Vehicle is considered to be emptiness free from elaboration, but here it is superior because it is liberated from the extreme of emptiness, and appearance is naturally established as the cause of its own nature. As it is said in the Lamrim: "Like the wish-fulfilling tree and jewels, all abide in the cause of their own nature." The second is that the ultimate of the Lesser Vehicle falls into the extreme of emptiness, but here it is superior because it does not abandon the phenomena of appearance and is not attached to them. As it is said therein: "Because it does not abandon anything and is not attached, it is said to be detached because it is not separated." The third is that the ultimate of the Lesser Vehicle is unborn, and it goes according to the literal meaning, so blessings and awareness do not appear as self-appearance, but here blessings and awareness appear as self-appearance, such as deities and palaces, so it is superior. As it is said in this itself: "Thusness, the realm of reality, is wisdom, the cause of all skillful means mudras." Incidentally, the refutation of the debate that arose during the discussion is: You believe that the appearance of freedom from elaboration is the cause of its own nature, so is this the cause of arising or the cause of establishment? If it is the former, because it is the cause of arising, it is ultimate.
