The path of the Kriya Tantra and the Yoga Tantra. First, there are three points: essence, definition, and classification. First, in terms of essence: from the ultimate truth perspective, it is the realization of purity that is free from the four extremes (existence, non-existence, permanence, and annihilation), thus becoming a method in the conventional truth to rely on others to seek accomplishments and strive for them. As stated in the Lamrim: "Without knowing the equality of non-duality, ultimate purity is only the nature of reality, the four wisdoms and qualities are conventional deities, successively meditating on the place of action." Second, in terms of definition: the sound of "Kriya" means "action," because it mainly shows external actions. Therefore, in the commentary on the Later Contemplation, it is also said: "This tantra mainly shows the actions of body and speech, therefore it is called the Action Tantra." Third, there are six classifications. First, in terms of entry: there are two types of entry, the initial entry of maturation and the entry of action. The first is: by bestowing empowerments such as water and crown, the disciple is made a suitable vessel. As stated in the Yeshe Thigle: "The water empowerment and the crown are extremely famous in the Action Tantra." The second is: entering through the three ways of bathing, cleansing, and purification. As stated in the Rangshar: "The door of entry is the three purities, entering through bathing and cleansing." Among them, the three purities are: It says: "What are the three purities? The deity and the mandala are pure, the substances and enjoyments are pure, the mantra and the samadhi are pure." Second, in terms of view: As stated in the View Sequence: "Kriya's ultimate view is the nature of reality, the conventional is the self-aware quality deity, on the appearance of the three family mandalas, it is believed that beings have no confusion." Therefore, there are two truths, the ultimate truth is: the pure and clear wisdom of the nature of mind, believing that it is free from the four extremes of existence, non-existence, appearance, and emptiness. As stated in the Lashen: "One's own mind is completely free from the four extremes, for the sake of awareness, it is not born from others." In terms of conventional truth, there are two types, correct and incorrect. The incorrect conventional truth is: all the conventional truths established by those below the Madhyamaka school as correct and incorrect. The true conventional truth is: believing that the qualities of realizing the nature of reality, the three families, appear as the mandala of deities. As stated in the previous passage: "By the wisdom of quick arising appearance, the appearance of things is high, low, soft, and rough, in the mandala of the six and a half families, seeing it as a pure appearance." Third, in terms of discipline: again divided into

In the "Ulade," it says: The Three Jewels and the Bodhicitta, Mantras and Mudras should not be abandoned, Vajra and Bell should not be abandoned, Deities and Gurus are also the same. This is the branch vow. The five root vows are: One should not sleep on a high bed, One should not eat meat nor drink alcohol, One should not eat garlic or radishes. Thus, eleven vows are spoken. The Secret General Tantra speaks of three general vows and thirteen specific vows, and so on. Fourth, in terms of meditation, there are two types: with signs and without signs. The first is: In the "Heruka Galpo," it says: Dharmata sound and mental image heart, Accomplish and meditate on complete wisdom as form. Therefore, one should generate the Samaya Being through the door of the six deities of Kriya meaning, namely the deity of emptiness, the deity of letters, the deity of sound, the deity of form, the deity of mudra, and the deity of signs. Thus it is also said: Emptiness, letters, sound, and form, Mudra and signs, there are six. This is said in the extensive tantra of "Destroying Vajra." Then, invite the Wisdom Being, make offerings and praises, and perform recitations, etc., and obtain accomplishments by regarding them as master and servant. As the "Self-Arisen" says: The deity and the yogi, the two, Should be regarded as master and servant. And, in the tantra of "Obtaining the Accomplishments of All Families," it says: Regard them as lord and king, With the consciousness of oneself as a servant, The essence of mantra practice and accomplishment, Obtain the supreme, unsurpassed accomplishment. The second is: The appearance of meditating on deities with signs and letters, etc., is also placed in the state of inconceivable purity, free from the four extremes, therefore, the two truths are meditated on alternately. As the "Lashen" says: Appearance and emptiness gradually become stable. Fifth, in terms of conduct, there are six actions: the time of entering, food, clothing, cleanliness, the object of focus, and the actions of reciting mantras. Thus, in the "Galpo," it says: Planets, stars, seasons, food, clothing, cleanliness, Austerities and ascetic practices are practiced. And, in the "Garland of Views," it says: The image of the body, and The sign of the mind, and Recitation, etc., are spoken. Sixth, in terms of results, it is desired to obtain the position of Vajradhara of the three families in seven lifetimes, becoming the nature of the three bodies and five wisdoms. As the "Galpo" says: Seven lifetimes
