The self-arisen wisdom, and the aggregation of the five kayas transform into the body of great bliss. Moreover, the six essences also merge into one another in pairs, becoming the extremely subtle three doors, or transforming into the three indestructible vajras. That is, earth and water are the body vajra, fire and wind are the speech vajra, and space and mind are the mind vajra. As stated in the 'Small Treatise': The indestructible wisdom bindu is the lord of the body, speech, and mind vajra, free from the distinctions of one and many, and cannot be represented by various appearances. Thus, in the center of the gathering of the five essences, the mandala of the essence of wisdom dwells, clear and radiant. Just as it has always dwelt, the practitioner meditates on the mandala of the bindu, the size of a mustard seed, with a cluster of five lights, clear and unseizable by external objects. By meditating in this way, the five essences naturally appear as the essence of wisdom, and the six essences naturally appear as the mandala of the six wisdoms, which is the unreversed perfect reality. Here, by focusing downward from the aperture of Brahma at the crown of the head, the light arising from the mandala of the essence of wisdom, that is, the radiant bindu, stimulates the seed syllables of body, speech, and mind. The light blazes, purifying the six letters to be purified, along with sleep. All actions and habitual tendencies become non-objective, and samsara is liberated into dharmata. The five essences are also absorbed into the essence of wisdom, thereby giving rise to the wisdom of bliss. Among them, the channels act as the basis of bliss, water gathers bliss and moistens the body, heat ripens bliss, breath causes it to move, and space completely liberates the three realms into great bliss. Therefore, the nature of the wisdom of bliss is the mandala of the mind, without object and without limit. In the 'Explanation of the Secret Bindu' it says: Thus, that which is born in the form of space is the bindu bodhicitta, which is the dharmakaya. Therefore, when all the essences of wind and mind are perfected in that mandala of the mind, the appearance aspect of the five lights and the emptiness aspect of the dharmakaya merge into one, thereby perfecting the two accumulations, in order to manifest the two kayas and attain Buddhahood. Therefore, this is the most supreme of all mandalas. At the time of death, the yogi also gathers all the essences and winds into the central channel. From the central channel, the wind and the extremely subtle essence of the essences gradually merge, and thus...

It is said that the four visions of clear light that empty samsara and nirvana, and the appearance of the fivefold mass of clear light that appears from that night, pervading the sky, also arise from this key point. Second, the secret bindu, etc., two verses: In the center of the sixty-four channels of the navel chakra, the bindu called the fivefold sphere of mastery exists in the form of a short A (Tibetan: ཨ), which is the profound realm of dharma, the secret wisdom, the nature of Samantabhadrī, the bindu of the sun. It is the source of all mandalas, hence it is the sphere. Its nature is wisdom and skillful means. What is it? The subtle essence of the five elements that arise from that bindu, the sphere of no self-nature, is wisdom, the five mothers of the families. The great, coarse, and characteristic-holding is skillful means, the five Tathāgatas of the families, the five fathers. Thus, the bindu, the mind of enlightenment, the indivisibility of skillful means and wisdom, is the vajra. The aggregates of thoughts that arise from it, the senses, objects, and time, and the consciousnesses that cognize each object, the heroes and heroines, the fathers and mothers, all purified in the realm of great bliss wisdom, are the mandala of Samantabhadra. All of these are perfected as the self-born wisdom of the sphere, hence the great self. In union with it, in the heart chakra, the profound secret intention of all the Buddhas, the emptiness of mind, The visions of wisdom, such as the mirror, etc., five, are spontaneously present from the beginning. To view this, from the heart down, focus the mind on the bindu of the navel and meditate. The light of the heart bindu and the warmth of the essence go down and touch the bindu of the fivefold sphere of mastery, blazing with light, and the aggregates of thoughts appear as body and wisdom. That warmth rises again and dissolves into the essence of the heart, and when the bliss-warmth of the essence blazes greatly, the coarse flow of wind ceases, and the bindu remains without coming or going, without moving from the place of the heart. In the self-arising of the great bliss self-awareness wisdom, view and practice in a way that there is no viewer or viewed. This is the oral instruction for meditating on the navel chakra. Third, the essence bindu, etc., three lines: In the center of the sixteen channels of the throat, the ḍākinī called the fierce mother, the letter (Tibetan: ཨཾ)
