Me. Also lifted by the wind of Brahma, Will go to all ten directions. Thus it is said. Third is, the three lines of summoning and so on. As the commentary explains, with samadhi, summoning whatever is to be accomplished, such as the deity and enemies, and sending to another place, that is, expelling, binding enemies and thieves and so on without wavering, and liberating from the bonds of spells and demons, and healing the sick and ghosts and so on, and killing enemies and demons, and defeating the other side, and making one's own side victorious, all these actions are accomplished as envisioned. If these are combined with the explanatory tantras, summoning and binding are: in the vast thirty-eighth chapter, it is to bring the local area under one's control. In the forty-second and forty-third chapters, it is summoning the deceased mothers and consorts of the five Buddha families. In the forty-fifth chapter, it is summoning worldly deities, kings, and the wives of other great gods. In the fifty-sixth chapter, it is summoning enemies and demons. In the sixty-fifth chapter, it is Prasena. In the sixty-sixth chapter, it is explained to summon and bind great gods and kings, etc. Sending to another place is explained in the thirty-eighth chapter, expelling enemies and demons to other local areas, and in the forty-sixth chapter, expelling the nagas from their own dwelling places. Liberating and healing are in that chapter, the method of liberating the deity bound by the naga's spell, and healing the retinue of nagas afflicted by disease. In the forty-seventh chapter, reviving corpses through the four methods of termination, and in the seventieth chapter, accomplishing provinces, and in the sixty-fourth chapter, healing life, etc., are explained as healing. Killing is explained in the fifty-sixth chapter, killing enemies and demons, etc. The two actions of victory and defeat are: in the forty-first chapter, a large and powerful army, and in the sixty-sixth chapter, accomplishing the four divisions of great gods and kings, etc., should be combined. All these actions and common accomplishments can be achieved by gaining stability in this mudra-generated samadhi. Thus, explaining the common accomplishments, and the previously mentioned contemplation of the mandala wheel, and explaining the separation from acceptance and rejection by its inherent purity with examples, these three explain the yoga with mudras, which should be combined with the sixth chapter of the Stages of the Path. Second is the supreme accomplishment, which is divided into teaching and explanation. The first is a brief teaching, such as the illusory mandala, etc. That is, the mandala of the illusory assembly of deities, the forty-one victorious ones.

When dualistic appearances are completely clear in the mandala of the union of skillful means and wisdom, in the realm of self-cognizant direct perception, all mandalas of the ultimate result of self-nature will be completely accomplished, because the qualities of all Buddhas of the ten directions and four times, which are to be accomplished, are complete, and therefore they are liberated from the extremes of one and many. This is the ultimate result, and it is combined with the ninth chapter of the Stages of the Path. The second, the detailed explanation, is six lines, such as the three times. All appearances and usages are clear in the mandala of body and wisdom, which is the essence of the intention of the Buddhas of the three times, and it is also the meaning that they have realized. Therefore, it is also the view of the yogis. What is said to be the supreme accomplishment, which is distinguished from the common accomplishments, is the essence of what is to be accomplished. The merit of this manifestation is constant by its very nature. Because there is no time to be exhausted after obtaining it, it arises without any change of increase or decrease, like a treasure of wish-fulfilling jewels. However, in the ultimate sense, from the state of not being established as an object or characteristic, the play of clouds that appear as objects to those to be tamed, such as gods and mandalas, arises in the form of various accomplishments, and the activities of accomplishing meaning also change into anything. This is the result of the temporary path, and it is combined with the eighth chapter of the Stages of the Path. Moreover, the reason for establishing these two sections of the text as concise and extensive is that when connecting to the general supreme reality, the former section mainly shows the perfection of self-benefit, and the latter section mainly shows the perfection of the two benefits, so it is considered that the latter is more extensive in what is said. Also, when connecting the temporary and ultimate supreme realities separately, it is said that the length of the text makes it concise and extensive. The third is the merit of speaking the text, such as saying, "In this way," etc. In this way, the stages of practicing the illusory network also gather in those three characteristics of knowing, understanding, and perfecting. By specifically saying this, the Tathagatas of the retinue were pleased by the vision of various accomplishments arising spontaneously from samadhi without any object. The third is the title of the chapter, such as "Secret," etc. This tantra has twenty-two chapters, and this is the union of illusory network.
