Wishing to perform the activity of subjugation, one regards the increase of life and merit in the world as a wish-fulfilling treasure that produces the desired qualities. One regards pacification as the nature of the unruly, violent, and tumultuous. From these, whichever one it is, it is placed in the dug pit. For subjugation, it is placed west of the mandala; for increase, it is placed south; for pacification, it is placed east. Then, the generation of the mandala is as follows: For subjugation, a red crescent-shaped mandala in the form of the syllable "വം (Tibetan, Devanagari vam, Romanized Sanskrit vam, literal Chinese meaning: वं)"; for increase, a yellow square-shaped mandala in the form of the syllable "म (Tibetan, Devanagari ma, Romanized Sanskrit ma, literal Chinese meaning: म)"; for pacification, a white round-shaped mandala in the form of the syllable "य (Tibetan, Devanagari ya, Romanized Sanskrit ya, literal Chinese meaning: य)". All of these are within a vast and radiant space, and from the mandala of the fifty-eight blood-drinking wrathful deities, for any auspicious supreme subjugation, Padmakīla is the main deity; for increase, Ratnakīla is the main deity; for pacification, Buddha Kīla is the main deity. All the main deities and retinue are generated in colors that correspond to their activities. Then, the activity to be accomplished is: as before, one performs the activity of attracting and dissolving the object of accomplishment. For subjugation, one makes a crescent-shaped dagger from copper or red wood, which is the vajra of desire, and generates five daggers as Padmakīla, representing the five senses. For increase, one makes a square-shaped dagger from gold or yellow wood, which is the joyful pride, and generates four daggers as Ratna Heruka, representing the four limbs. For pacification, one makes a round-shaped dagger from silver or white wood, which is the clear and peaceful one, and generates six daggers as Buddha Kīla, to be stabbed into the five limbs and the heart. All the daggers are blessed with knotted heads, and the daggers are urged on with the mantra of the claws. They are stabbed with their respective hair-razor blades, and cut with knives and swords. One part of the corpse-corpse is made into a blood-flesh feast and offered to the deities who are in accordance with the activity, such as the blazing and clear ones. One part is burned as an offering, and one part is used as a dance mat. Then, the offering and oblation, along with its qualities, is performed: In the belly of the fire deity of each activity, one generates the mandala of the deceased deity. Among them, for subjugation, one makes offerings and oblations with a mind of attachment to emptiness to the assembly of deities of the lotus family, who are radiant, majestic, and like great mountains. If the speech vajra Padma Gardwang can also subjugate, what need is there to mention others? For increase, the assembly of deities of the jewel family, who are radiant,

With a joyful and happy mind, offering and giving to the glorious and magnificent manifestations of great splendor, one obtains immeasurable merits such as increased lifespan and fortune, as vast as the sky. Offering and giving to the peaceful deities, led by the Buddha, who are pure, clear, supremely blazing with glory, and radiating light, can transform the minds of even the most violent and cruel into peacefulness. Next is the sheep lineage and its qualities: As before, within the mandala of three letters, such as vaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, vam, water) and bhruṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, bhrum, seed syllable), generate the assembly mandala of blood-drinking wrathful deities corresponding to the activity. Around the pile of corpses, the retinue members cross their right hands on top, using the ring finger for subjugation, the middle finger for increasing, and the index finger for pacifying, connecting and binding them like a rosary, making dance steps corresponding to the dance posture. Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, hūṃ, seed syllable) Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, hūṃ, seed syllable) Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, hūṃ, seed syllable). Urge and strike the dance with the words of desire vajra and the mantra of sumbha (Tibetan, Devanagari, sumbha, subdue). At that time, visualize the manifestation of immeasurable wrathful deities of each family, thereby accomplishing any activity. Recite the hair-razor mantra of each activity, shake and dissolve the mudra. Place the corpse under one's own bed for subjugation, in the treasury for increasing, and bury it in a pit corresponding to the activity in the middle of the road for pacifying. The qualities of these are: Subjugation can attract all beings, not to mention that Vajrapani himself will follow like a shadow, and whatever is desired in the mind will come to pass. Increasing causes the great manifestation of blazing glory, the wrathful deities of the family, to arise with joyful samadhi, and the wish-fulfilling jewel, which fulfills all desires such as lifespan and fortune, fills the entire expanse of the sky. Pacifying causes the violent mind of others, burning like fire, to be immediately pervaded by the blessings of peace, so that all sins and evil thoughts do not arise in the mind at all, thereby making it unwavering. Second is the remaining activity, which is divided into two: concise and extensive. The first is: Expressed in one verse with "weaving" etc. Like this, after performing any of the four activities, visualize the root mandala, generate the remaining mandala, invite the guests, and offer the remaining torma.
