It is a great fortune. Thus it is said. The second part has four points: how to gather and purify the abandonment of killing, not giving, lying, and non-celibate behavior. The first point: existence and non-existence, etc., one verse. In terms of ultimate truth, all dharmas existing is the extreme of permanence, non-existing is the extreme of annihilation, and not clinging to the Madhyamaka that is free from both. In terms of conventional truth, although it appears as if an illusionary person kills a dazzling being, at the time of appearance, the life to be cut off is not truly established, so the concept of the killer and the killed is not established, and in reality, it cannot be cut off. Because clinging to life and the person who possesses life is merely a reversed delusion. Having realized this, even if one cuts off the lives of the ten directions, one will not be stained by sin. Because the accumulation of merit is complete, the essence and qualities of the vows of abandoning killing are also more completely gathered. The second point: truth, etc., one verse. In the truth of all dharmas, both ultimate and conventional, there is no distinction between self and other, so it is not found in ultimate truth. In conventional terms, just as the gods of Paranirmitavasavartin take their own manifested enjoyments, at the time of not giving, they also take and use the self-manifested objects in the way that the self-manifested takes them, but in reality, there is no difference. Because there is no other object to be taken, nor is there an object possessed by others that is not given. Therefore, there is no taking, and no matter what is taken, it will not go beyond one's own nature, because it is realized as one taste in the realm of non-duality. Having thus known that the self and other streams are inseparable, taking from stinginess and giving to the poor, etc., one will not be stained by sin. Because the accumulation of merit is complete, the essence and qualities of the vows of abandoning not giving are also more completely gathered. The third point: all dharmas, etc., one verse. All dharmas do not exist as they appear, but are like illusions, merely false. Therefore, when the meaning to be expressed is not established, fabricating it into the names and words that can be expressed, and clinging to it, is also false. Therefore, since all objects of knowledge and expression are not truly established, on the false itself, the knower and the expresser use

That is to say, if two truths are not established in any dharma, then the falsehood dependent on it is also not established. Therefore, the dharma called "falsehood" does not exist even as a mere name. Having understood this way, even if one tells a lie, one will not be stained by sin. One should speak in a way that is beneficial, because it can perfect the accumulation of merit. Therefore, the essence and merit of the precept of abandoning falsehood are further enhanced. Fourth, "non-attachment," etc., is one verse. For all dharmas, the clarity of the non-duality of object and mind is the wisdom of non-attachment. At that time, if one is attached and clings to duality, then having the view of realizing non-duality, as well as the meditation with three perceptions, and the conduct with skillful means, even at the time when it seems to be engaging in sexual desire, there is not even a speck of the defilement of ordinary desire. This is the unpolluted discipline, the supreme or king of all pure conduct. All dharmas are completely pure, liberated into the nature of self-awareness, the union of bliss and emptiness. This is the wisdom of great desire and great bliss. Having understood this way and practiced, one will not be stained by sin. Because one can accomplish unpolluted wisdom, etc., one can perfect the accumulation of merit. Therefore, the essence and merit of the precept of abandoning non-celibate conduct are further enhanced. Second, the categories of vows are briefly explained in three parts: the root vows, the branch vows, and the explanation of the definitions of the two. First, "supreme," etc., are six lines. Regarding this, in the "Clear Lamp of Vows" it says: "Two Bodhisattvas, six teachers, four brothers, three mantras, four mudras, ten secrets should be known as the root." Like this, there are five root vows. Not abandoning the supreme, the object is the supreme Bodhicitta, the two truths of ultimate and conventional. The way not to abandon it is to realize the inseparability of the two truths, and the three doors do not go beyond the mudras of the body, speech, and mind of the deity. Honoring the guru, the object is the ordinary guru who is regarded as sacred by all and has received some kindness, as well as the guiding guru like an ordained Khenpo, as well as the guru who bestows vows and empowers, the vow empowerment guru, as well as the guru who becomes the object of confession and makes up for broken vows, as well as the guru who liberates the lineage of knowledge like a teacher who teaches the Dharma, as well as the guru who shows the key points and gives the transmission.
