The five-peaked and the full conch shell are the two middle hands of all deities, and the sword is the first right hand of Karma Heruka, as explained in the sadhana, according to the eighth tantra, explained as a cross. The enemy axe is the last left hand of Ratna, and the plowshare is the last left hand of Karma. Thus, each holds their own various implements. The first of the right hands is the Buddha's wheel, Ratna's jewel, and Padma's lotus stalk. The first left hand of all is the bell, and the last right hand is the field staff. The last left hand of Buddha is the trident, and the small bell of Padma. These are made in accordance with the mudras of the sadhana and the dance offering, according to the eighth tantra. The fifth is the consort, etc. The consorts of their own families, the five fearful groups, have body colors similar to the father deity and wear leopard skin skirts. With one face and two arms, the right hand embraces the father deity with a bell, and the left hand puts a red conch shell into the mouth, symbolizing the union of emptiness and compassion, embracing the father deity without duality. The second is the arrangement of the retinue, with six lines such as places, etc. The eight consciousness aggregates are the places where samsara arises, and their eight objects are pure as places, so Gauri Ma and others are called place mothers, and Singha Ma and others are called object mothers, eight in total. The mudras of these are: Gauri, a red bhanta and a blue staff. Etc. Singha, crossed kharo around a yellow lion. Etc. The mudras of the four gatekeepers are: Horse-faced blue mother, holding an iron hook. Etc. The respective body colors, implements, and head ornaments are also clearly shown by the dance offering. Thus, the arrangement of the retinue of the twenty wrathful mothers is extremely beautiful. Furthermore, they are called handmaidens, i.e., concubines, maids, i.e., friends, and female servants, i.e., workers, surrounded by the retinue of the independent mothers, two groups of ten and eight, i.e., twenty-eight. These also each have a dry animal skin as a seat, and their body colors and implements are: Rakshasa woman, purplish-black, holding a wet skull cup. Etc. And they report, "How shall I accomplish my task?" Their magical powers are unimpeded, arriving in an instant, and abiding in their respective directions according to their activities. Thus, the fifty-eight blood drinkers are the mandala contracted from the expanded mandala, and on the medium mandala are added the ten wrathful deities, father and mother.

The eighth meaning of the ground. In detail, on top of that, to the five families of blood drinkers, add forty wrathful deities, male and female, in union, from the minor families, making a total of one hundred and eighteen. Furthermore, the elaboration of the various numbers of the remaining meanings is as follows: As stated in the Lamrim, "Fifty-eight branches are arranged, the number of five parts is two hundred, the ninety deities possess branches." Therefore, in the five branches of Vajra Heruka, the blood-drinking father has five fathers and the mother has five mothers. In the inner channels of the father's power staff are eight Gauri goddesses, in the outer channels are eight Singhā goddesses, at the four bases are the doorkeepers, and on the spine are twenty-eight power goddesses, making fifty-eight method deities. Meditating on each of these as the wisdom being, and the deities of body, speech, and mind, the five parts of the fifty-eight deities become two hundred and ninety. Subtracting the fifty-eight wisdom deities from these, each of the remaining two hundred and thirty-two deities has five crown deities, resulting in one thousand one hundred and sixty, which added to the two hundred and ninety makes four thousand four hundred and fifty, which is the complete visualization of the main father and mother deities. By this example, each pair of the four families of blood drinkers, and the forty-eight deities of places, doors, and powers, who do not have mothers, have five fathers placed on the right side of the head and the front and back of the right limbs, and five mothers placed on the left side of the head and the front and back of the left limbs. In short, the fifty-three parts of the four thousand four hundred and fifty deities give rise to a mandala of seventy-six thousand eight hundred and fifty deities. The mandala of Samye Lhundrup Monastery is like a peaceful mandala. Secondly, the benefits are as follows: By saying "etc.", through the power of saying that, the great blazing wrathful mandala pervades and illuminates all ten directions of the six realms. Thirdly, the name is "Secret", etc. This tantra has twenty-two chapters, and this is the seventeenth chapter, which explains the body and mind mandalas of the remaining parts of the wrathful deities. Chapter Eighteen has three parts: history, text, and name. The first is, "Then", etc. After explaining the mandala of the wrathful deities, in order to show the special offering, the Bhagavan, greatly pleased, specifically spoke of this extraordinary great offering that pleases the assembly of deities of the mandala. The second text has three parts: the actual offering and the
