Thus, sever clinging. Third, the essential points of profound signlessness also have three aspects. The essential point of the body is: sit in a posture that contradicts the norm, crossing the shin bones of the legs and pressing on the heart pulse. Place two fists with bent thumbs under the armpits and press on the heart's aso. Press the two elbows on the two major thigh veins. By assuming a posture that contradicts the norm, the channels of wind and conceptual thoughts are severed because the four major channel gates are located both internally and externally. The essential point of speech is: draw in the lower wind, press down the upper wind, inhale air through the right nostril, ride on the horse of saliva and swallow, completely sever the flow. This is the key to throwing a suspended stone downwards. The essential point of mind is: tighten body and mind with rigor, and utter "ཕཊ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: snap), causing awareness to rise abruptly from its foundation. Fix the eyeballs without moving, staring intently. Let awareness rest here, without focusing on any object, rest openly. Clear: shatter the stone. Generate certainty and recognize. This is the Madhyamika clinging to emptiness. Thus, sever. Fourth, the essential point of transforming space into the path is: do not face the direction of wind and sunlight, sit in a comfortable posture. This is the recognition of the three: ground, path, and fruition. The ground is space, and of the two, conditioned and unconditioned, here it is unconditioned space. Since the ground is unconditioned, it cannot be found by searching in all directions, and the basis of the mind becomes without foundation. Thus, realize that the nature of mind transcends what can be recognized. The path is awareness, and by tracing back the awareness of the seeker, it is seen that it is nothing at all. It cannot be seen by looking, and it cannot be found by searching, realizing that it is unrecognizable. The fruition is the non-duality of awareness and space. By uttering "ཕཊ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: snap) and forcefully throwing the rootless awareness into the baseless space, it merges with the non-dual space, cannot be separated, cannot be divided. Because there is no reliance on the baseless space, there is no dependence on the un-aware space. By transforming the non-dual space into the path, all phenomena arise without foundation as non-meditative awareness, like the center of the sky, inconceivable, the self-born wisdom, unconditioned. For this, there is no meditation or non-meditation, no samatha or vipassana, no doing or not doing, no pleasure or pain, no negation or affirmation, no acceptance or rejection, with

There is no distraction, no realization, no essence of meditation, no bodhicitta and no scattering. Everything is merged into that, so there are no sectarian names and commitments. That's it, all dharmas vanish, unable to practice. Eliminate the artificiality of the individual, destroy the memory of consciousness. Now there is no doubt about the Buddha, there is nothing to practice. Even if distracted in ordinary distraction, there is no need to extract the essence with forceful methods. Just remembering finds the root. By repeating this between the three, this life, death, and the bardo, there will be no rebirth in the next life. Now there is no doubt about samsara, no expectation of the Buddha. Because of realizing that there is no desire for anything, bodhicitta and emptiness, meditation and distraction, and transference of consciousness, all merge into that root. A hundred flavors are washed with one detergent, a hundred birds are chased away with one slingshot. Knowing how to gather everything into one root like that is like a son like a father, subjects like a ruler, a sprout like a seed. The passing of the former is the path of the latter, they say. When introducing like this, for the person being introduced, if their body is developing, motivate them from the key points with firm skill, and have them enter into intense training of essence and strength. For those with weak bodies, motivate them from the key points of their own state, and relying on bodhicitta, introduce them in a gentle and clear way. If thoughts and delusions are strong, focus the target on one point, abandon multiple ways of introducing, and have them focus on one. For the dull and ignorant, inspire them with one definite understanding, and without explaining too many details, introduce them with few words. For those with wisdom through hearing and thinking, have them enter into the essence of various paths, and introduce them relying on the words they themselves understand. For great meditators, have them focus on the way they are accustomed to in the past, and introduce them after destroying its opponent. For great sinners, show a state unrelated to the mind, and introduce them in naked awareness, without being stained by good and evil. All of these are called grasping the self-awareness wisdom of the essence, which is the key to taming wild horses, restraining wild minds, loosening from tight to loose, and releasing from full to empty. Second, placing samadhi on the scale with meditation is divided into four parts. First, if the foundation of shamatha-vipassana has been grasped, conduct long training sessions. The signs of mastery are being able to control the senses, having a clear complexion, and the folds of the clothes trembling. This is the sign that shamatha-vipassana has entered the key point, so conduct long training sessions and introduce it.
