Having placed these in front, first perform the preliminary Mandala practice, straighten the posture of the body. Without changing the gaze, allow the breath and awareness to relax naturally. The Lama, with the strength of Samadhi, transforms the four root conducts into twenty gestures by dividing them into five branches each, namely the Vajra posture, half posture, squatting, stretching method, and the king's playing posture, these are the five sitting postures. Lying on the right side, lying on the left side, lying on the back, lying face down, and curling up the head, these are the five lying postures. Standing up, half standing, standing, dressing, and working, these are the five walking postures. Walking, resting while walking, running, resting while running, and resting, these are the five going postures. Thus, by transforming these twenty postures, fortunate ones will attain wisdom and realization. Secondly, introduce the five sitting postures to Samadhi. Then, withdraw the awareness. Whatever arises from the five sense doors, observe it slightly, cut off the awareness of the three times, and keep the awareness in a moment of clear and bright state. Withdraw the awareness inward, whatever subtle or coarse thoughts arise, grasp them completely and hold them tightly, keeping them in a clear, bright, and raw state. Keeping it as it is, when the awareness is slightly tired, relax the body. Exhale, relax the awareness, and keep it completely free from grasping and being grasped. Thus, if practicing these three Samadhi postures is not effective, shake the body, and apply the two whips of reciting Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and Phaṭ (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:呸) to break it through clear:striking, the environment appears as emptiness, and the mind itself appears as awareness-emptiness, thus arising the experience of emptiness-clarity-bliss. Combine the five lying postures with meditative sleep. At night, with the intention of awakening in dreams, focus the mind on the letter A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) and fall asleep, so that sleep appears as luminosity and dreams appear as illusion. Combine the five going postures with post-meditation, and introduce the five walking postures to taste equality. Among these three, the essential posture not recognized by the mind is: the experience of Samadhi may still be the mind, therefore, break it, naturally keep it in its original state and observe, appearance is empty, awareness is self-illuminating. Both appearance and awareness become self-liberated, thus achieving taste equality. The posture of unborn meaning is: at that time, neither the thoughts to be abandoned nor the wisdom to be realized are found, therefore, the nature is unborn. The posture of non-distraction and stainlessness is: looking outward from that experience, even for a moment

Do not be lost! Take the unobstructed awareness, which has no object of meditation and no object to be accomplished, like the flow of a river, as the path in all situations of the post-meditation state. Third, the four modes of conduct and the practice, samadhi, and post-meditation are inseparable. Entrust the senses to the three: favorable conditions, unfavorable conditions, and neutral conditions, and practice. Fourth, the lama points his finger to the sky and says, "Do not be distracted! The sign will come." Therefore, the student's consciousness remains in a state of non-doing. That itself is the Great Seal. Do not be distracted, recognize and protect it. Fifth, the signs of the dakinis and the eleven lineages of wisdom are transmitted from the yidam deity and gathered into a wheel-like instruction. This has four aspects: stretch like an arrow, drop like a thunderbolt, rotate like a wheel, and place like a lamp. First, sit comfortably on the cushion, legs in vajra posture, back straight, eyes turned upwards, throw consciousness upwards, and stretch awareness like an arrow, cutting off far away, and place it in a state of no support. Second, from that, lower the eyes, and recognize awareness in the inner part of the navel as unborn and empty, and rest in equipoise. Third, if you become dull, train the awareness, rotate it as wide as the sky, shrink it as small as a mustard seed, up and down, rotate it violently like a wheel. Fourth, by concentrating in this way, the awareness remains clear and pure like butter from the outside, like a lamp that is not moved by the wind. Moreover, consciousness should not lose its previous state, and should not be distracted to the later state. This present awareness, this clear and pure moment, should be placed with clarity and intensity slightly above the heart, so that it can be used. At that time, the root is seen, the object is clear, it is sharp and quick, it goes where it is released, it stays where it is placed, it arrives when needed, it hits the point, it can be used, awareness is mastered, the mind is controlled, and supreme wisdom is attained. From that, the five wisdoms of the four kayas are spontaneously accomplished. Third, regarding the post-meditation, the instructions on the bardo and the general conduct and results are taught. First, by practicing in this way in the illusory bardo of appearances, signs will appear in the bardo of dream habits. When it appears, strength will arise in the bardo of the suffering of death. When it arises, in the confused existence of
