In the bardo, there will definitely be liberation. The way to liberation is: By the practice of samadhi of whomever, the afflictive obscurations are purified, and there is no delusion of clinging to reality. By its key point, one transcends the three realms. By the practice of post-meditation, the cognitive obscurations are purified, and there is no delusion of mere appearances. By its key point, one transcends the ten bhumis and realizes the Dharmakaya, unborn. Secondly, it is to show the practice of companions and to show the temporary and ultimate results. The first is: The practice of the three vows should be practiced in conjunction with time, that is: the precepts of individual liberation, abandoning the root of harming others. The six perfections and four means of gathering of the Bodhisattva vow are practiced for the benefit of others. The mantra vow is to regard the lama as the actual Buddha and to transform all impure appearances and attachments into pure infinity and study. The second is: Temporarily, the mind is balanced in accepting and rejecting thoughts. Subduing male and female demons with power. Controlling the imbalance of the four elements of disease. The conceptualizations of signs do not cause any harm, but become an aid to the arising of wisdom. Ultimately, one attains the Dharmakaya for one's own benefit, and for the benefit of others, one is able to effortlessly and spontaneously accomplish the benefit of beings with the two form bodies. From the Pacification Teachings' Guidebook, Nectar Essence, the first transmission, the guidebooks of the three Taras, are explained according to the original ancient texts, adorned with oral instructions. May it flourish and increase! Oṃ Svasti! In the intermediate transmission, regarding the three of Ma, So, and Kam, the first is the guidance of the Great Seal of Ma, known as the Whispered Lineage Instructions, including the lineage of lamas and the instructions arising from it. The first is: Vajradhara, Manjushri Speech Lion, Lord Dampa Gyagar, Ma Gomchökyi Sherab, Sogpo Döde Drak, Siddha Gyalwa Te Ne, Rog Sherab Ö, Zhipo Nyima Senge, and all-knowing Sönam Pal, etc., are the same as the first transmission. The second is that the instructions arising from it are divided into two parts: preliminary and main practice. The first is: By the method of turning the mind away from this life and samsara, the basis for generating the path of liberation in the continuum is established, and the foundation stones of the path, such as refuge, bodhicitta, accumulation, and purification, are practiced equally. In particular, during the Guru Yoga, one should also recite prayers such as "Namo Guru, in the palace of Akanishta Dharmadhatu." The second is

There are two bases: the sixteen hand gestures that introduce based on the meaning lineage, and the sixteen great key points that sever attachments based on the word lineage. The former has five parts: the four essential instructions identify the wisdom of self-awareness, the four session instructions place it on the scale, the four practice instructions enhance its power, the two letting-be instructions identify the great seal, and the two "la" instructions establish the state of no meditation. The first has four parts: with characteristics, without characteristics, extremely without characteristics, and the "la" instruction that integrates into the path of carrying the sky. The first, the instruction with characteristics, involves the three aspects of body, speech, and mind. The body instruction involves abandoning the body: legs in vajra posture, hands in equipoise, spine straight, neck slightly bent, tongue touching the palate, lips and teeth in their natural position, placing the mind inward with the seven-point posture. The speech instruction involves abandoning speech: pressing down the upper air, drawing in the lower air, cutting off the movement of speech. The mind instruction involves abandoning the mind: tightening the body and mind and exerting effort, raising awareness from the base, fixing the eyes without moving. Wherever the mind is held, place the mind there. Among these, there are two objects of focus, outer and inner. The outer is that when first learning, one should practice the essence with the lama and the abbot as the support. When carrying it on the path, one should practice the essence with any object of focus. The inner is to focus on a point the size of a mustard seed at the boundary between the black and white of the heart and practice the essence. Thus, when the mind is held: when it is solid, break it with a "shi" sound, and because the opponent of meditation, distraction, is destroyed, introduce the naked awareness, the great seal free from thought. This cuts off the ordinary person's clinging to reality and the Hearer's and Solitary Realizer's grasping of subject and object, and cuts off clinging to things as real. The second, the instruction without characteristics, also involves the three aspects of body, speech, and mind. The body instruction is the four dharmas of Naropa: gathering the four continents, combining the ocean with Mount Meru, placing the tongue in the throat, spreading the pair of eagles in the sky. The speech instruction involves: drawing in the lower air, pressing down the upper air, completely cutting off movement. The mind instruction involves: tightening, raising, fixing, placing. That is, in the empty space, focus awareness at a distance of one bow and hold the mind. In clarity: generate the certainty of the "shi" sound when it is solid and introduce it. This cuts off the Mind-Only school's self-
