Meditate in between. In the first session, with the intention of invoking the body of the Lama, recite the mantra garland at the crown of the head. Similarly, in the following three sessions, visualize in sequence: an eight-petaled red lotus at the throat; an eight-pointed glorious knot with five colors at the heart; an eight-cornered yellow jewel at the navel. In the center of each of these, respectively, are the seed syllable of speech ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari आः, Romanized Sanskrit āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), red; the seed syllable of mind ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan, Devanagari हुं, Romanized Sanskrit hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), blue; and the seed syllable of qualities and activity ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), green and yellow. Visualize that each of these is surrounded by eight mind-training mantra syllables of the same color. With the intention of invoking speech, mind, qualities, and activity, in each of the three sessions, recite the mantra garland of the throat, heart, and navel in the manner of reading. Invoking from the key point is: Meditate that the four chakras of the Lama at the crown of the head are also like oneself.

By supplicating the Lama, and from that, gathering the blessings of the body and obtaining empowerment, etc., it should be combined like mind training. The only difference is visualizing the deities of the four families in the four places. The subsequent extremely intense supplication is that in the four places of oneself and the Lama, the Lama abides in the form of the four families, and the letters on the wheels, etc., at their hearts are like asceticism. The difference is expanding on that with unborn, etc. Then, the method of reciting in turns in the four sessions is also the same. Supplicating from the essential points, and from that, radiating and gathering light, obtaining empowerment, etc., in the four sessions is the same as before. The extremely intense supplication of equal taste is that in the four places of oneself and the Lama, the Lama abides as the essence of the four families, and the letters on the wheels, etc., at their hearts are like asceticism. Here, one visualizes clearly in no fixed order, and the four sessions are also supplicated in a way of reciting in no fixed order. Supplicating from the essential points is also that from that, radiating and gathering light, and gathering blessings is also the same as the others, the difference is only that here it is done in no fixed order. The extremely intense supplication of the detached action is that in the four places of oneself and the Lama, the four Dakinis abide, and the letters on the wheels, etc., at their hearts are visualized as before, and in the four sessions, one supplicates in a way of reciting in turns. Supplicating from the essential points is, as before, radiating and gathering light, and in the four sessions, supplicating from the essential points. Thus, if the signs of the path are perfected only through supplicating the mind practice, that is sufficient. If it is not perfected, then combine the subsequent two supplications with the signs and recite them, and it is impossible for the signs and qualities not to be perfected, so it is said. The reason why three mind practice supplications arise is also said in the Sutra: "Bodhisattvas, great beings, having entered into superior intention, desiring to quickly attain unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment, should first rely on the Lama, please him, and serve him with reverence." It is considered to be the meaning of what was said. If one strives for the three supplications, but for some, the signs of the path may not be perfected. The holy ones said: "Accumulating merit will unfailingly give rise to meditation." Therefore, the key to the mind practice supplication is to offer whatever one can to the Lama, and by pleasing him with that, realization arises through blessings. The key to the extremely intense supplication is that the objects of offering are what the Lama needs or likes, or what one needs oneself, and by the power of offering that, realization arises. From the essential points
