The method of urging is that no matter what kind of resources are needed for oneself, offering them without considering whether the lama is pleased or not, will generate realization through its power. Secondly, there are four points to reveal the essence of illusion, of which there are four: First, what to say in words. The key to turning speech into mantra recitation is the time when the wheel diminishes, that is, the time when the lines of the palm are visible or invisible in the morning and evening. That is, in the early morning, before the crow crows and before saying other words, recite the sixteen vowels beginning with Om (ༀ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanization: oṃ, literal meaning: Om) three times. In the evening, when the birds stop chirping and go to sleep, recite the thirty-four consonants ending with Svaha (སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Devanagari: स्वाहा, Romanization: svāhā, literal meaning: Svaha) three times. In this way, day and night, whatever is said becomes mantra, and whatever is accomplished will effortlessly generate power. Secondly, the key to completing the two accumulations in the mindstream by staying in an ordinary state is: When falling asleep at night, lie on the right side and recite the consonants three times, so that all the moving thoughts become the self-power of the emptiness of mind, and expand the mind into a state of unborn like the sky and fall asleep. When waking up in the morning, recite the vowels three times, so that all external appearances become the manifestation of one's own mind, and expand the appearances into a state of illusion without obstruction. In this way, even if body and speech remain in an ordinary state, the two accumulations will be naturally completed without searching. Thirdly, the key to naturally perfecting the power of samadhi in the mind of afflictions is: Afflictions are the self-power of the mind, so they should not be abandoned, but transformed into the path by special methods. That is, if a yogi generates a thought of desire, he should stare directly at the nature of desire itself, so that it is completely eradicated. In this state, recite Om (ༀ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanization: oṃ, literal meaning: Om) pa pha ba bha ma a ā i ī u ū e ai o au aṃ āḥ Svaha (སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Devanagari: स्वाहा, Romanization: svāhā, literal meaning: Svaha) a hundred or twenty-one times, so that the affliction itself dissolves into the realm of emptiness of self-nature, and desire manifests as discriminating awareness wisdom. Similarly, if anger arises, recognize it as before, and recite the ṭa group letters and twelve vowels, which will manifest as mirror-like wisdom. If jealousy arises, recognize it and recite the ca group letters and twelve vowels, which will manifest as accomplishing wisdom. If filled with pride, recognize it and recite the ka group letters and twelve vowels, which will manifest as equality wisdom.

If one is obscured by delusion, by recognizing and reciting the 'ta' group and the twelve vowels, the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu will arise. This is because the condition of the path is the object; whatever object gives rise to afflictions, one entrusts that very object as a witness and practices. Whatever affliction arises, by gazing intently at it, it cannot sustain itself and is liberated from its root. In this state, to maintain and stabilize it, one recites the respective mantras. In the oral transmission commentaries and old instruction manuals, nothing more than that is found. However, I have seen the ways of changing the body posture and gaze as performed by the lama. Generally, the body posture is the vajra posture with legs crossed, and the body upright. Specifically, for hatred, the two hands are crossed and stretched, embracing the left knee, and the gaze is directed to the right. For desire, it is the opposite: the two hands embrace the right knee, and the gaze is directed to the left. For delusion, the two hands are in equipoise with the thumbs binding the ring fingers, and the gaze is lowered to the tip of the nose. For jealousy, the two hands are placed on the lap with the elbows slightly raised and the palms half-crossed, and the gaze is directed straight ahead. For pride, the two hands press on the ground, and the eyes are directed upwards. Fourth, the key to making the channels and winds workable without relying on the upper and lower gates is: whatever virtuous activity is performed, at the beginning of the session, visualize at the center of the thirty-two petals of the great bliss wheel at the crown of one's head, the seed syllable ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 嗡) of the lama's body, and on the petals, the thirty-two consonants. At the center of the enjoyment wheel at the throat, the seed syllable ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: 啊) of speech, and on the petals, the sixteen vowel letters. At the center of the dharma wheel at the heart, the seed syllable ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 吽) of mind, and on the petals, the eight letters ཨ་ཀ་ཙ་ཊ་ཏ་པ་ཡ་ཤ་. At the center of the sixty-four petals of the emanation wheel at the navel, ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: 舍), and on the petals, the thirty-two consonants twice, clockwise and counterclockwise, visualize clearly. Furthermore, in the heroines' channels, the letters appear in the form of heroes. Thus, at the beginning of each session, recite these letters once each and visualize them clearly in ascending order, and then enter the session. At the end of the session, recite these letters three times each, so that the letters gradually dissolve into bindu bodhicitta, enter the central channel, and dissolve into it, so that all dharmas become the nature of pure essence, the nature of bodhicitta, free from elaboration, like the sky.
