It is written. Second, introducing the post-meditation state: When arising from meditative equipoise and engaging in activities, whatever appears as form is seen as appearing but without inherent existence, like a reflection in a mirror, appearing empty and free from clinging, yet clear. Whatever sound is heard is like the sound of cymbals or an echo, resounding and empty. All thoughts of the mind are like scenes in a dream, without clinging to anything as real, nakedly recognizing emptiness. Thus, after all phenomena have exhausted their clinging to reality, one does not accumulate the karma of the three poisons of samsara that arise from dependence on objects. Without intentionally fabricating body, speech, and mind, but abiding as ordinary, the two accumulations will naturally be perfected. The guide Namkha Nyingpo said, "By abiding in the three doors as ordinary, the two accumulations are perfected in the continuum. Cut the dry rope in the water, and look at this key of the crow's flight." Fourth, the difference in the subsequent empowerment transmission, the way to stimulate the guru's intention: On the crown of one's head, visualize the guru's ritual in elaborate, medium, or concise form as desired. Clearly visualize Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ (藏文:ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:嗡啊吽舍) at the four places of the actual guru. Recite "Oṃ Āḥ Hrīḥ Guru Siddhi Hūṃ (藏文:ༀ་ཨཱཿཧྲཱིཿགུ་རུ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hrīḥ guru siddhi hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡啊舍上师成就吽)", reciting this eight-syllable essence of mind training with strong devotion and longing for the guru on the crown of one's head, and pray. Similarly, if visualizing the elaborate or medium ritual, the lower gurus successively recite the essence with devotion and longing to the upper gurus, and help me, thinking of praying in the manner of praying from below. Then, pray in the manner of blessings dissolving: After praying in this way, visualize the immeasurable compassion and blessings of the lineage gurus dissolving into light and successively dissolving into the lower gurus, until dissolving into the actual guru. The actual guru does not dissolve into light, but abides as the essence of the union of all lineages. Recite the essence with strong devotion and longing. From the four places of the guru, immeasurable compassion and great blessings arise in the form of white, red, blue, and various lights, dissolving into one's own four places like water poured into water. All obscurations of the three doors equally are purified, and the body, speech, and mind appear empty and resound empty.
