One will become proficient in impartiality. The nun Lha Pal Ozer (Divine Glorious Light Rays) said: Speaking idle chatter from the mouth diminishes the recitation of mantras. The key point of Āli Kāli is like this. Thus it was taught. Second, the distinction of the four empowerments' objects of focus, the method of meditating on the four chakras: In the center of the Great Bliss chakra at the crown of one's head, at the center of the eight-spoked wheel, contemplate the seed syllable ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Om, Om) of the guru's body, white in color. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Abhiṣiñca Om, Please grant the empowerment, Om). By saying this, imagine that a stream of white bodhicitta nectar descends from ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Om, Om), filling the inside of the body with whiteness. In the center of the Enjoyment chakra at the throat, at the center of the eight-petaled lotus, contemplate the seed syllable ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Āḥ, Ah) of the guru's speech, red in color. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Abhiṣiñca Āḥ, Please grant the empowerment, Ah). By saying this, imagine that a stream of red bodhicitta nectar descends from ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Āḥ, Ah), filling the inside of the body with redness. In the center of the Dharma chakra at the heart, at the center of the five-pronged vajra, contemplate the seed syllable ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Hūṃ, Hung) of the guru's mind, blue in color. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ, Please grant the empowerment, Hung). By saying this, imagine that a stream of blue bodhicitta nectar arises from ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Hūṃ, Hung), stimulating the heroes and heroines of the vajra body, causing them to unite in non-duality, filling the entire body with uncontaminated bliss. In the center of the Emanation chakra at the navel, at the center of the eight-sided jewel, contemplate the seed syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Hrīḥ, Hrih) of the guru's qualities, yellow in color. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Abhiṣiñca Hrīḥ, Please grant the empowerment, Hrih). By saying this, imagine that a stream of multi-colored bodhicitta nectar arises from ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Hrīḥ, Hrih), causing the body, mind, and all objects of appearance to vanish like clouds dissolving in the sky, leaving emptiness bare. Thus, the body's dharmas, bodhicitta, and the channels and winds, without relying on the upper and lower gates, can be made workable. The nun Yeshe Ozer (Wisdom Light Rays) said: The long path is shortened by the wheel: maturing the basis is taking the four empowerments as the path. The key point of mind training is like this. Thus it was taught. Third, the distinction of introducing the root, there are two aspects to the practice of shamatha and vipashyana. First, introducing shamatha: identifying the nature of the mind by relying on the three wheels. Among these, the wheel of the body is: arranging the seven-point posture of Vairochana, sitting in the vajra posture with legs crossed, placing the hands in the mudra of equipoise, the spine
