At that time, the seed-syllable of the Guru's body is the white Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城體:ओ,梵文羅馬擬音:oṃ,漢語字面意思:Oṃ). Abhiṣiñca Oṃ)! By this, the Oṃ dissolves into light. Vairocana, white, holding the supreme mudrā of enlightenment, dwells in union with Locanā, and from the juncture of their union, a stream of white, slender bodhicitta descends, filling the body. In the center of the throat, the wheel of enjoyment, the seed-syllable of the Guru's speech is the red Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城體:आ,梵文羅馬擬音:āḥ,漢語字面意思:Āḥ). Abhiṣiñca Āḥ)! By this, the Āḥ dissolves into light. Amitābha, red, holding the mudrā of meditative equipoise, dwells in union with Pāṇḍaravāsinī, and from the juncture of their union, a stream of red, abundant bodhicitta descends, and so on, similar to before. In the center of the heart, the wheel of dharma, the seed-syllable of the Guru's mind is the blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城體:हुं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:Hūṃ). Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ)! By this, the Hūṃ dissolves into light. Akṣobhya, blue, holding the earth-touching mudrā of meditative equipoise, is in union with Dhātviśvarī, and from the juncture of their union, a stream of blue, clear bodhicitta arises, and so on, similar to before. In the center of the navel, the wheel of emanation, the seed-syllable of the Guru's qualities is the yellow Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城體:ह्रीः,梵文羅馬擬音:hrīḥ,漢語字面意思:Hrīḥ). Abhiṣiñca Hrīḥ)! By this, the Hrīḥ dissolves into light. Ratnasambhava, yellow, holding the mudrā of supreme giving, is in union with Māmakī, and from the juncture of their union, bodhicitta of various colors arises, and so on, similar to before. These deities, whatever their body color, are adorned with five silk garments and eight precious ornaments, the thirteen ornaments of peaceful adornment. They reside on a lotus and moon seat, seated in the vajra posture. Third, regarding the distinction of recognizing the root, there are two aspects: meditative equipoise and subsequent attainment. In meditative equipoise, the seven points of the body are the same as before. The point of speech is to draw in the lower breath, forcefully press down the upper breath, and cut off the flow of breath. The point of mind is to train in manifesting various natures, and to observe various coarse and subtle thoughts with the five eyes. The guide, the precious one, said: "By forcibly cutting off the stream of flowing thoughts, one binds the wind and mind in the original state of luminosity." The key to the way of looking with the five eyes is as follows. Regarding the arising of thoughts, feeling or non-feeling, one should look with the eyes half-closed, the eyelids almost stuck together, like a turtle, cutting off the flow of wind and thoughts, and settling the mind in a state of non-thought, as if smashing a stone with a "Phaṭ (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城體:फट,梵文羅馬擬音:phaṭ,漢語字面意思:Phaṭ)" sound. As soon as a thought is felt, one should slightly close the eyes as if treating a guest.
