Also, one should know how to remember the kindness of one's own lama. Whatever is remembered comes down to one essential point, so one should not regard the lineages as different. In this way, if one takes the practice of devotional supplication as the core, there will be no straying from the path or making mistakes, so we ourselves must make a special effort. Secondly, the actual practice of supplicating in this way of remembering is as follows: it is not appropriate to supplicate to something that is not meaningful, like the biography of the weaver with eight legs, or to perform extremely numerous exorcism rituals. Therefore, one should condense the essential points into three aspects: supplication is requesting, and offering is dedication, so one must request and dedicate. That is, from now until enlightenment is attained, may we never be separated from you, Lama, and relying on that, from the difficulty of finding leisure and endowment onwards, may the realization of the entire path up to the supreme Atiyoga arise in our being. In particular, since it depends solely on the transference of the Lama's intention to the naked seeing of the nature of mind, I pray that you may empower the special realization of the meaning lineage to be transferred to me right now on this seat. The recitation of the Seven-Line Prayer (Ma) is divided into general and specific. First, the Three Kayas Prayer is said to be recited whenever one remembers the Lama. Specifically, if one feels joyful and capable, one should recite it separately during the six periods of the day and night. At dawn, remembering the qualities of the Copper-Colored Glorious Mountain Pure Land and the hundred masters, from here, the teachings are given to Ma Tso Gyal (མཚོ་རྒྱལ) in the southwest. In the morning, remembering the lineage lamas and Guru as inseparable, the teachings are given to the non-elaborate Great Bliss Ma Nam Nying At noon, knowing that the Guru himself is like a wish-fulfilling jewel that brings forth all desires, the spontaneous fulfillment of thoughts is taught to King Gungtang and all the Tibetan people. In the evening, remembering the biography of the Guru, who is known by eight names in one body throughout China and Tibet, the teachings are given to the mantra practitioner Dorje Dudjom (རྡོ་རྗེ་བདུད་འཇོམས་), the southwest Copper-Colored Glorious Mountain Ma. At dusk, believing that the Guru himself is the myriad peaceful and wrathful Buddhas, the wonderful Buddha Dharma is taught to King Trisong Detsen At midnight, remembering the qualities of the Guru's five qualities of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activity, the small Sindhu Ocean is taught to the prince, as well as all the western blissful realms.

If it is so difficult, then in the morning recite the two texts, 'Nima Lhonuma' and 'Unseparated Great Bliss.' At noon recite 'Three Wishes,' in the afternoon recite 'Lhonu Zhayama,' and in the evening recite 'Sangye Tenpa.' Connect the two small Sindhu seas, and within the scope of the four peaks, in the intervals of offerings, make the three-kayas prayer and insert them separately, or if you are too busy, connect the seventh chapter. In any case, at the end, accumulate at least a hundred or more recitations of the Seven-Line Prayer. In general, during all recitations, especially during prayers, regardless of the number of words, it is important to focus, which is fundamental. The way of reciting should also be like the sound of a lute and flute, without losing the melody, like a child crying out or a blind person who has lost their guide calling out, the voice should have a quality of weakness and sadness. This Seven-Line Prayer is blessed by the Vajra speech and is present in all treasure teachings, making it more profound than other prayers. Therefore, to explain its meaning, one must understand it in detail as explained by Jamgon Mipham Rinpoche, but in an easy-to-understand way.
