Clear away. At the vase-like area of the heart, twist the upper body and emit the sound "Ha". At the throat, close the mouth, inhale the breath of the throat through the nose and exhale. At the crown of the head, pinch the nose, inhale the breath of the head and exhale. These are profound key points, so please keep them secret from those who have not received experiential guidance of their own tradition. Furthermore, the general way to arrange the mandala and set up the offerings is to arrange the mandala with the east facing forward from the direction where you are located. When prostrating, making offerings, and merging oneself, it is necessary to visualize oneself as being in the east of the mandala. This is also the key to the interdependent origination of the arising of self-born wisdom. The offerings are: relative to the direction of the arranged mandala, place the boundary-holding flower in the northeast, the offering water in the east, the foot-washing water in the southeast, the flower in the south, the incense in the southwest, the lamp in the west, the perfume in the northwest, and the food in the north. In the center of the front or back of the mandala, whichever is convenient, place the torma of the guru and yidam, and around it place the torma of the general and specific protectors. To the right of these, place the nectar, and to the left, place the blood. When meditating on the visualization, meditate on oneself as the main deity of the mandala, facing the east of the mandala. When prostrating, making offerings, etc., one appears as the second main deity, located at the eastern gate of the mandala. Also, the color of the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in the heart and the mantra garland of the outer practice of the Heart Drop are not clear, but just as the seed syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) of the generation stage is red, the seed syllable and mantra garland of the heart should also be red, which can be inferred with reason. To increase the three—appearance, sound, and movement—into deity, mantra, and luminosity means that impure appearances, the places, bodies, and sounds of sentient beings, oneself and others, if the movements of conceptual thoughts are allowed to scatter naturally, then it is necessary to train them into deity, mantra, and luminosity. If, through meditating on the wheel of the mandala, ordinary appearances cease, then there is no need to outwardly manifest the sound of mantra from beyond that, because the container and its contents are deity, the sound manifests as the sound of mantra, and the nature of mind, which is non-conceptual awareness, increases, and that is sufficient. Always visualize the practice torma as being inseparable from one's samaya being, and there is no need to visualize the deity separately. When receiving accomplishments, from oneself appearing as the samaya being, receive them in the presence of the realm of the wheel of wisdom of the practice torma.

Meditate on the deity separating from the crown of your head and residing in the sky in front of you, or visualize the wheel of the self-aware mandala of the guru offering, inseparable from the guru offering. The one who receives the accomplishments, the sudden aspect of his own transformation, can also emerge from the east gate in the form of the main deity. For most cases where self and deity are made inseparable, the aim is to extend the practice to the times of prostration, offerings, and praise. In general, since the guru offering possesses the three qualities of knowledge, compassion, and power, it is also necessary to know the key points of viewing the desired nectar during the offering. During the outer, inner, and secret practices of the Heart Drop, it is not necessary to offer separate offerings and tormas for each session. For example, the after-torma dedication of the evening session can be done with the deceased's torma and the mixed protective water. Regarding the hundred tsog: arrange ten sets of ten tsog and one set of eight tsog. After blessing each of the eleven sets and performing the invocation of the tsog field once, offer the first, middle, and last three tsog from each tsog group separately. After doing this one hundred and eight times, it is sufficient to complete it with one remaining tsog, which will be a moderate balance of elaborate and concise. If you make a tsog offering of your daily food and drink, you do not need to recite the ritual because it is a blessing during the session break. Visualize yourself as Avalokiteshvara, with your body filled with heroes and heroines, like an opened sesame pod. Bless any food and drink with Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), and Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) into nectar, offer it with cupped hands, burn the fierce fire at the navel, burn the essence into clouds of nectar light, transform it into the enjoyment of desired objects, pleasing and satisfying all the deities in the body. Contemplate purifying the dross into ashes, then enjoy the food and drink, holding the breath slightly. Also, in the instructions on Vajrasattva: the saying "meditate on the twelve fences of various vajras one by one in order" does not mean to meditate on the twelve fences one by one. Rather, in the protection wheel, the four elements, Mount Meru, lotus, sun, and various vajras are to be meditated on one by one in order. Also, during the white offering of Chöd, from the original single yogini, emanate countless yoginis, each of whom fills their skull cup with nectar and offers it. Therefore, it is not necessary for one yogini to offer to each guest individually, there is no such limitation.
