The most important thing is as you think. Now, without relying on clinging and memory, letting whatever arises naturally dissolve is the pure and perfect path. The appearance of the Guru's form and the generation stage of the Yidam, etc., should also be done in a state of ignoring and being naturally free. The appearance of the form, appearing but without inherent existence, clear but without conceptualization, blissful but without attachment, that is, the self-sounding of emptiness with three characteristics, if you recite etc. in a state of clear appearance without interruption, the effect is better. There is no need to specifically visualize the Guru on the crown of the head, etc. I do not see any deviation in your understanding of the establishment of the base, path, and fruit of the path stage. However, even in the path stage, the nature of mind, rootless, impartial, and all-pervasive, is the basis. In this state, without abandoning, cultivating in the self-clarity without object is the path. From this, the deity's form of the completion stage of the fruit is easy to integrate, and from the beginning of the natural appearance corresponding to this, it enters the category of the fruit of the path.

The time of non-conceptualization, free from the three times, is the Dharmakaya, which is free from three-fourths and is the intention beyond mind. "Settling into liberation upon appearance" means to look directly at the nature of whatever arises without any modification or alteration, and to release it in that state. Because thoughts and concepts vanish without a trace, like waves dissolving into water, whatever arises is self-liberated, and one settles into a state free from acceptance and rejection. The Secret Sound Tantra says: "Therefore, it is said to be liberated by confidence. Since it is originally liberated, there is no need to recreate it. Since it is self-liberated, there is no antidote. Since it is liberated by staring, it disappears in the place of seeing. Since it is completely liberated, there is no effort." This is as it is said. The difference between the three divisions of Dzogchen is as follows. In the Great Arrangement of Ati, it says: "For those with mind, it is the Mind Division. For those with space, it is the Space Division. For those without sequential effort, it is the Instruction Division." As it is said, the Mind Division is this: all phenomena that appear and are experienced are considered to be nothing other than the play of mind itself, the single bodhicitta. By remaining in equanimity in the state of original purity, all appearances of the environment and beings are ascertained as the self-arisen wisdom of mind itself, the inexpressible Dharmakaya, and this is the key point. The Space Division is this: all phenomena that are self-arisen wisdom and arise from its state have nowhere else to go but into the expanse of the great original liberation, self-pure Dharmadhatu, the space of Samantabhadrī. This is in accordance with the practice of original purity, that is, there is no effort in anything, and one ascertains the expanse of Dharmadhatu, and this is the key point. Therefore, all the practices of the Mind and Space Divisions are included in the practice of Trekchö of the Instruction Division. Therefore, the supreme peak of the path of Dzogchen is the Instruction Division, which causes the self-arisen wisdom beyond mind to arise in an instant by means of a method that brings the essential points of the way things are, free from acceptance and rejection of samsara and nirvana, into focus. In essence, it is an unsurpassed and supreme method of directly establishing the reality of all phenomena, the self-luminous Dharmata, and recognizing the spontaneously accomplished luminosity of wisdom as the ground of being. Taking the appearances of the six consciousnesses as the path of self-liberation upon arising, and developing them into deities and mantras, the former is more powerful. However, if one knows how to effortlessly transform the inherent power of self-liberation into the self-sound of deities and mantras, then it becomes a special path of union. All questions are answered.
