With the nature of body, speech, mind, and wisdom inseparable from the Vajra, the supreme and magnificent state is manifested. To tame sentient beings, you play the role of a Dharma King, placing all beings in the glory of benefit and happiness. Especially, you are seated on the fearless throne of teaching, debating, and writing, elevating the precious teachings higher and higher like a pillar of offering for beings. Your activities are as white as the friend of the lotus (the sun), and the banner of your fame flies high at the peak of existence. Since appearing from above, the precious letter, which has become the focus of the wise, and the long, white, and immaculate Hada scarves, along with gifts, have descended upon my head with the undiminished radiance of blessing, causing joy and delight. With sincere faith, my mind is involuntarily drawn and bound. I am merely caught by the iron hook of the degenerate age in the quarter of youth. Apart from that, I have not been troubled by illness or other afflictions, nor have I lost my virtuous thoughts. Greetings. Regarding the method of extracting the missing months from the previous letter of the Water Bird year (Tibetan calendar), and the reasons for the missing dates mentioned in the subsequent reply, they have become the undefiled Dharma of pure nature, as you have taught.
