In "Red Calculation Tiger Head," it says, "Either lose one's own life or not, ask the calendar." It also says, "Ask the thirteenth day of the waxing moon of the calendar." Similarly, ask the thirteenth day of the waning moon, and all the five periods of the waxing and waning moons, etc., must be clearly stated. Whether or not "calendar" is mentioned in advance, "ask the Wood Male Rat year." It also says, "Ask the thirteenth day of the waxing moon of the Wood Rat year, or the Water Male Rat year." If something like this does not appear, is there still something left to be accomplished? The four luminaries of "Red Calculation Tiger Head" and the starting point of the reverse calculation of the Gyama Fengshui, all follow the actual content of the scripture, and are calculated only from the Yin Water Monkey year. Therefore, in the 'Clear Lamp' regarding the way the eight trigrams of the non-common heretical system operate on dates, that is, from the Li trigram to the Gen trigram, each of the six trigrams is assigned four days, and the Xun and Kun trigrams are each assigned three days, and these are sequentially assigned to make up a month. In the smaller system, the fundamental male and female year's wind horse, that is, these and the life, body, power, and wind to be calculated are sequentially fought, which is the method of not throwing eight dice. In particular, 'The eight dice that fight with adverse fate and power, and wind horse,' if given in this way, it is difficult to understand the meaning.
