After giving the subsequent rituals of the Wrathful Guru, grind, filter, mix, and stir with the intention of pounding and filtering the medicine, and then place them in the respective directions of the mandala. In the center of the mandala, draw a four-spoked wheel on the female skull cup and write the seed syllables of the five Mother Buddhas; on the male skull cup, draw a four-spoked wheel and write the seed syllables of the five Father Buddhas. Put the medicines into a silk or cotton bag, and since it is difficult to completely close the skull cups, place the female skull cup below. Cover the male skull cup from above, wrap it with colored thread, and decorate it with the five Buddha families, etc. Draw protective cords from the four directions, and draw silk threads, etc. on top, according to the practice based on the sadhana text. When combining with the Kagyu teachings, also cover the skull image of the Greatly Auspicious Heruka on top of the male skull cup. Consider this deity to be inseparable from the main deity of the mandala, and practice with the intention of the seven-fold mandala, which is the practice of powder. Although the tantras explain the methods of practicing amrita such as pills and wet mixtures, they are rarely used in practice.

It is yellow, with a width of ten fingers and a length of four cubits. It is surrounded by an iron fence with a width of three fingers and a height of twenty-one fingers, and is pressed with four single vajras and various vajra symbols on the chest. Regarding the wisdom of higher vision, it is said in the Uttaratantra: "The inner essence, the Dharmakaya, will be seen with the eye of wisdom." And, in Nagarjuna's Dharmadhatu Praise: "Relying on the eye and form, stainless appearance will arise." Therefore, as it is said, the meaning of the realm of reality is seen through the eye of non-conceptual samadhi, the wisdom of what is seen is the word of higher vision, and non-conceptual samadhi is represented by the word of the seeing eye, both Sutra and Tantra say this. In particular, in Dzogchen, the basic awareness, the reality of self-existing purity, originally abides in the self-wisdom that possesses three wisdoms, seeing the self-face of the spontaneously accomplished mandala of clear light. The former is what is said in the Sutra, and in Mahamudra, the higher vision of awareness from within the luminosity of the nature of mind, these two, although the way of seeing the basic reality is similar, here it is seen in the Vajra Chain in the way of Tögal, with the key difference, opening the mandala of the spontaneously accomplished body, the treasury door of the Tathagata, forcibly seeing it, therefore the path is swift, and liberation does not depend on other paths, becoming a near path.
