Around him, on the lotus petals symbolizing a thousand Buddhas, are some Buddhas in the attire of Nirmanakaya. Second, the teacher, the Immovable Youth, is a white youth with a topknot, emerging halfway from an egg of five-colored light, surrounded by five attendants similar to himself. Third, the teacher, the Fear-Reliever, is in the center of water symbolizing warmth and moisture, from which emanates steam of five-colored light, a white youth born from a lotus, with a topknot, hands outstretched holding silk, appearing halfway. On the right is an attendant with hands in Anjali mudra, and on the left are two attendants with hands outstretched, both with topknots, appearing halfway. Fourth, the teacher, the Youthful Player, is of white-yellow complexion, adorned with silk and jewels, hair tied in a topknot, hands in Dharmachakra mudra, legs in lotus posture.

Yer O Dam pa represents the summit of Vulture Peak Mountain. Thubpa (Buddha) has a body color like pure gold, a crown protuberance, and wears the three Dharma robes. His right hand is in the supreme giving mudra, and his left hand holds the edge of the Dharma robe. He sits in the vajra posture, surrounded by two or three Shravaka disciples. The ninth is the Teacher, the Wisdom of Loving Play, leaning against a tree, with a peaceful, disheveled appearance, adorned with silk and precious jewels, sitting in the vajra posture on a lotus seat. His two hands are outstretched, holding a stretched silk cloth, surrounded by about four Bodhisattvas. The tenth is the Teacher Kashyapa, an elder, on Vulture Peak Mountain, the Teacher appearing as a Bhikshu Shravaka, clapping cymbals with both hands, surrounded by eight Bodhisattvas and Shravakas in Shravaka attire. The eleventh is the Teacher Manifest King, representing the Vajra Seat, in the center of the crossed Vajra seat cushion, at the root of the Bodhi tree that has grown. The Teacher is an emanation of the supreme Buddha, in the earth-touching and meditative mudras, surrounded by Manjushri, Avalokiteshvara, and Vajrapani. The twelfth is the Teacher Shakyamuni, in the center of the temple, the Teacher Shakyamuni is universally present, surrounded by about four Shravaka disciples. The material symbols of accomplishments: the full moon symbolizes yogurt and fruit, the lunar eclipse symbolizes curd and cheese,ཛཀྟི་ནི་ཤ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning). Universally present symbolizes salt. Meat, various kinds of mushrooms, and the essence of plants that grow in meadows refer to ghee. Regarding the method of making lunar eclipses, etc., it should be according to the authentic oral instructions, as in the attached diagrams. When making medicine, there are རྒྱ་ཕབས (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning), མོན་ཕབས (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning), བྱང་ཕབས (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning), the ཕབས (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) for making herbal medicine, and the ཕབས (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) for grain alcohol, which are said to be five kinds of ཕབས (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning). But the current practice is to assume that the old medicine already contains the other ཕབས (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning), so only the yeast ཕབས (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) for alcohol is sufficient. When adding it, it is mixed with the moisture of saliva to make it swell, and then it is added before placing it in the medicine container. There are two lineages for arranging the medicine mandala, the skull cup and the powder lineage. The skull cup lineage is: the medicines are separated according to their types and placed in their respective skull cups, and then purified with eight sacred substances. Then the five skull cups are combined and purified with five sacred substances. Then the skull cups are combined into the central skull cup and purified with one sacred substance, and then the skull cup.
