消除违缘之面，总的来说，由于像现在这样对汉地的政教统治权力进行平均的管理，所以大的衰败违缘并不明显。然而，为了消除国王鬼怪作祟的些微迹象，要为国王做大量的息灾赎命仪轨和偿债朵玛，四百个。制作白伞盖的息灾仪轨和忿怒轮的回遮朵玛，进行白伞盖和般若心经的回遮十万遍，八千颂和金光明经等百遍，十万遍五次，诵读一遍甘珠尔，念诵度母和名号赞十万遍，对所依的护法神进行念诵祈祷词，进行供养祈祷委托，在地方神进行煨桑，赞颂战神的功德，对加持品进行供养，并与僧众一起尽可能多地举行药师佛仪轨，向贫困残疾人施舍等，这些都会变得非常重要。政教的统治权力会发展稳固且不变，这一点会清晰地显现出来。一般来说，所有世俗的现象，即使是细微的缘起转变，也会变成巨大的利害结果。因此，目前的情况如上所述。今后也请每年都像上面所说的那样进行占卜。请知悉，对于时间和关键时刻需要特别进行的仪轨等，要毫不懈怠地安排好增进吉祥的缘起，并予以采纳。

Regarding the aspect of dispelling obstacles, in general, since the religious and political power of China is being managed in a balanced way as it is now, major declines and obstacles are not obvious. However, in order to eliminate the slight signs of disturbances caused by the king's demons, perform a hundred and four ransom rituals and debt-repayment torma offerings for the king. Make the white umbrella canopy ransom ritual and the wrathful wheel's reversal torma. Recite the reversal of the White Umbrella Canopy and the Heart Sutra a hundred thousand times. Recite the Eight Thousand Verse Prajnaparamita Sutra and the Golden Light Sutra a hundred times each, five sets of a hundred thousand times. Recite one Kangyur (collection of Buddha's teachings). Recite Tara and the Praise to the Names a hundred thousand times. Perform the Kangwa (fulfillment) and confession to the deities and protectors you rely on. Make offerings, prayers, and entrustments. Perform Lusang (fumigation offering to local deities) to local deities and praise the war god's power. Make offerings to blessed objects and, in connection with that, have the monastic community perform as many Medicine Buddha Sutra rituals as possible. Give generously to the poor, destitute, and disabled. These will become particularly important, and the religious and political power will develop, stabilize, and become immutable, which will clearly manifest. In general, all mundane phenomena, even subtle changes in interdependence, can turn into great consequences of benefit or harm. Therefore, the current situation is as mentioned above. In the future, please have divinations performed every year as mentioned above. Please know that you should diligently arrange the auspicious connections for enhancing well-being, such as rituals that need to be performed specifically at certain times and critical moments, and please adopt them.
