Wish-fulfilling empowerment. Adding the three of the Dakini's entrustment seal, the term of having six lineages arises. In general, the tantras are held by Bodhisattvas who have received empowerment, heroes, yoginis, and the eight primordial accomplished teachers of the gods who have attained accomplishment in the eight great charnel grounds that have been accomplished since the beginning of Jambudvipa, and they flourish and practice in their respective places. From these, a small part appears as the merit of human beings, and the eight great accomplished ones and eighty accomplished ones who have attained the supreme level of vidyadhara, etc., many wise and accomplished ones of Tibet and China, have well explained with commentaries relying on the meaning, and how they have protected the teachings through explanation and practice, and the different views of the new and old schools are also endless to explain. But here, since the vows of the tantras in general appear as the main topic to be discussed, if there are too many differences, it will obscure the main meaning, and the letters will also be afraid, so that's it. Thus, the Dharma doors of the Vajrayana are inconceivable, how much have I obtained by my karma? Such as the Kama, Sutra, Illusion, and Mind, and also the empowerment, transmission, and oral instructions of the Yang, Phurba, and Yamari cycles, and the ways of explaining them, etc., all of which exist today, and the Terma, the Three Roots, the Eight Sadhana Sections, the general and specific empowerments, transmissions, and oral instructions that are mostly preserved, and the root tantras of all of these, etc., the profound and vast Dharma of the Nyingma Kama and Terma, like an ocean, is obtained by relying on the lotus feet of the supreme and incomparable kindness of the great Terton, the Dharma King, the Tamer of Beings, the Terton Lord of Continents (Chokgyur Lingpa, 1829-1870), with constant devotion on the crown of my head. I have received more of the New School than from the supreme Lama. In addition, from the root of the teachings, the supreme vidyadhara's incarnations, Kunzang Padma Trinle, the wise and accomplished Chokyong Gyaltsen, Dingri Kunkhyenpa Lodro Tenpa, the accomplished master Lodro Gyatso, the venerable spiritual friend Ngawang Tenzin, Kunga Tenpa Dargye, etc., I have received many empowerments, subsequent permissions, transmissions, and oral instructions. Third, the subject matter thus held is determined to be seven: what is to be obtained

Essence. Its divisions: causing the unattained to be attained, guarding the attained so that it is not lost, the basis of arising, the method of restoring what is lost, the benefits of guarding. First, the essence is encompassed by the skillful means and wisdom of the three doors, like the respective tenets of the vows that bind. Thus it is said, the essence of the mantra vow. The definition is: the great bliss wisdom that is encompassed by the special skillful means that binds, the mind with its seeds that binds the subtle habitual tendencies of the three doors that are to be bound and the conceptual thoughts of clinging to signs, the vow that is newly obtained from the empowerment as its own cause. Thus it is also said in the *Guhyasamāja Tantra*: Therefore, the mandala is called a wheel. Skillful means is the vow of bliss. Thus it is. Regarding this, if divided according to the respective tenets of the four classes of tantra, there are two: the mantra vow of the lower three tantras, and the higher tantras. The first, the definitions of the vows of the three tantras of Action, Performance, and Yoga in sequence, the bliss of gazing, the bliss of laughing, whichever of the bliss of hand-holding is taken as the path, the mind with its seeds that binds the habitual tendencies of the three doors and the conceptual thoughts of signs by means of the special skillful means that grasps that attachment and purifies it, the vow that is obtained from the empowerment that relies on its own tantra as its own cause. In particular, regarding the mantra vow of the Unsurpassed, whichever of the bliss of the union of the two faculties is taken as the path, the vow that is obtained from the empowerment of the Unsurpassed as its own cause. There are two divisions: that which is obtained from the vase empowerment, and the vow that is obtained from the higher empowerment. The definition of the first: at the time of union, the vows of the five families in general and in particular are promised, and at the time of the actual practice, the vow that is newly obtained from the empowerment of the vase and its retinue. The mind that binds the conceptual thoughts of clinging to ordinary appearances by means of the skillful means of the generation stage. Divisions: by the promise of the imputed spoken, and the object of meditation obtained from the empowerment of the essential nature. The definition of the second: the vow that protects from the conceptual thoughts of clinging to the abundant deity-pride that manifests in dependence on whichever higher empowerment is the cause of its own attainment. The mind that makes the mind clear and apparent by means of the skillful means of self-blessing.
