The methods of restoration have been discussed. Thirdly, according to the "Essence Ornament," the ritual for restoration is as follows: Confession before the assembly field, mantras and mudras of liberation, the sequence of bathing, burning with the fire of Tummo, meditation on non-objectification, receiving the four empowerments, requesting in the assembly, lamenting before the supports, offering the mandala, constructing stupas, purification with fire, offering tormas, reciting secret mantras, profound contemplation, saving lives, reading scriptures, relying on the lama, self-entry, reciting the hundred-syllable mantra of the Buddhas, reciting on auspicious days, the Three Heaps Sutra, Vajrasattva Lama, and restoring by meditating on the yoga of subtle bindus. This means: making confessions in the presence of the invited assembly field, purifying with the mantras and mudras of liberation as explained in yoga, the sequence of bathing such as taking the five wisdom empowerments from the wisdom deities of the outer vase water and the inner space, burning the Kam syllable (Tibetan: ཀཾ, Devanagari: kam, Romanized Sanskrit: kam, literal Chinese meaning: Kam) in the navel with the fire of Tummo, meditating on the wisdom of the emptiness of the three spheres, receiving the four empowerments from the lama or through self-entry, making confessions after offering with the feast of the assembly circle or the heroes and heroines, in front of the blessed three supports, confessing with the lamenting mantra preceded by the seven-branch offering, offering all of body, enjoyment, and merit with the mandala as a symbol and making confessions, building a proper stupa or making tsatsas, purifying with fire like the peaceful fire offering or the fire offering of the flesh-eating Vajra Dakini, blessing the torma with the three: purification, realization, and empowerment, offering and praying for wishes to awaken to the form of the lord of all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, reciting the secret mantra of one's own yidam, meditating on the profound contemplation of the samadhi of shamatha and vipassana, ransoming lives and releasing animals, reading profound sutras and tantras, relying on the lama like the jewel on the crown of the head, visualizing the samaya Vajra Dondup father and mother in the heart, thinking that the stream of nectar descends from the seed syllable in their hearts to purify sins and obscurations, and visualizing and reciting Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om) Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ah) Kham (Tibetan: ཁཾ, Devanagari: खं, Romanized Sanskrit: khaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Kham) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum), taking self-entry in the body mandala or the peaceful mandala, whichever is appropriate, with recitation as a preliminary, circumambulating the blessed objects or staying in front of them and reciting the hundred-syllable mantra of the Buddhas five thousand times, and the auspicious days of the eighth and fifteenth of the waxing moon.

And repeatedly recite the blessed Dharani-mantra that praises purification of sins. Recite the Sutra of the Three Heaps six times day and night. Meditate on the Guru Vajrasattva above the crown of your head, and with the intention of washing away sins and obscurations, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Visualize your own innate deity, and above the crown of your head, meditate on the Guru Vajradhara. Focusing on the three syllables appearing in the three places (body, speech, and mind), restrain the life force and recite the three syllables mentally. This is Guru Yoga. Visualize your own body as the deity, clarify the channels and chakras, combine with vase breathing, and meditate on the burning and dripping of the spring essence. This is Bindu Yoga. Focusing your mind on the subtle hand symbols of the five families appearing at the center of the five chakras, control the winds of the five protectors. This is the Yoga of Subtle Elements. Fourth: As stated in the Tantra of the Great Elephant's Rampage: Yogic general bathing, repentance, purification, and well-dredging, Because confession does not purify, therefore diligently practice. This means that, as stated in the Tantra of the Great Elephant's Rampage, as stated in the Kalpa Fragment Tantra and the Immaculate Confession Tantra, which were extracted separately from the Tantra of the Great Elephant's Rampage, for the yogis who have entered the door of the three yogas, in order to make up for their faults and purify their conceptualizations and obscurations, relying on the extraordinary general bathing secret of Naraka Dongtruk, on the eighth, fifteenth, and thirtieth days of the month, make ganachakra and confession of the outer offerings, the inner aggregates of the body, and the secret bodhicitta. It is said that all faults up to that point can be restored. Even if this cannot be done, merely constantly practicing the mudras as deities will purify all faults. As it is said: Whoever to the peaceful and wrathful deities of the illusory mandala pays homage, all transgressions are purified, even the sins of the five without interval are removed, the place of Naraka is also cleansed, and it is called the field of the Vidyadhara victors. Furthermore, merely hearing the names of those deities of the above mandala, yogis and yoginis can make up for all broken samayas, root and branch. In short, until signs of purification of sins and downfalls appear, such as the Guru and deity giving a "good" sign in a dream, or taking a bath, or wearing white clothes, or climbing to the top of a great mountain, or the sun and moon rising, etc., continue to apply the four powers.
