These vows are the great Vajra, the very nature of all Buddhas. (End of quote) Furthermore, it says: If one unites equality with equality, and abides in the vow of equality, one will attain great perfect equality.

Furthermore, as it says in the Vajra: "The afflictions are like illusions, empty in nature. One is liberated by knowing their impermanent nature oneself." Moreover, if seized by skillful means, even if practiced, they will not bind, and furthermore, they are a quick path to complete liberation, so they should not be abandoned. It is like drawing out water that has entered the ear with water. As it says in the Ocean: "The path of afflictions is great purity. The desired qualities of skillful means are the best of ornaments. Through all kinds of play, one quickly transforms into the glorious Heruka." Furthermore, the five afflictions are inherently the nature of the five families and the five wisdoms, so they should not be abandoned. It is like striving for sesame seeds when one desires oil. As it says in the Lasso of Skillful Means: "Ignorance, hatred, pride, desire, and great jealousy are endowed with vows without protection; that is the vajra commitment." In the commentary on this, the great teacher Padmasambhava says: "Ignorance is the commitment of Vairochana. Why? Because ignorance cannot be abandoned, and wisdom cannot be cultivated, because in the realm of dharma, the taste is the same." And so forth, extensively explained. Also, in the Peaceful Tantra, it says: "By knowing its own nature, it should not be abandoned; self-awareness itself is wisdom." Furthermore, the five hidden and authentic poisons are: Because all dharmas are perfected in equality, there is ignorance without partiality in view and without separation of acceptance and rejection in conduct. For those who have not realized this, there is desire that arises following great compassion without object. There is hatred that destroys wrong thoughts with the wisdom of self-awareness. There is pride that does not place the view of realizing equality in a low position. There is jealousy that cannot accommodate the view and conduct of dualistic grasping in the space of equality; these are not abandoned by the means of realization and familiarization. The third, the five to be accepted, are: Excrement, urine, blood, meat, and vajra dew, the five to be accepted. As it says. The five samaya substances, the nectar, are special substances accomplished by the nature of reality, one's own essence, power, and blessings, so they should not be discarded but should be accepted. Why? Because all dharmas are inherently a play of the nature of reality without acceptance or rejection, so there is no concept of purity or impurity, so they should be accepted. As it says in the Limb: "Nectar is inherently pure dharma, without acceptance or rejection, beyond all. In the great commitment of inherent protection, the wise should accept it."
