When reciting mentally and exhaling, one should only remember the image of the deity. Afterwards, one gathers the life energy inward, focusing the mind on a single point, achieving a state of oneness with the deity, which is the ultimate, non-conceptual Vajra recitation. These two are the methods of recitation for those with sharp faculties. The second is verbal recitation, which is the method of recitation for those with dull faculties. One sits in the lotus posture of one's own deity, with the left hand forming the fist mudra of the deity, holding the deity's attribute and covering it with cloth, and the right hand holding a rosary appropriate to the deity, reciting with auspicious tones corresponding to the deity. Thus, through Vajra recitation, one can accomplish achievements that transcend the world, and through verbal recitation, one can accomplish worldly achievements such as pills and sky-goers' knowledge, and apply worldly achievements to those that transcend the world. Ultimately, through three or sixteen lifetimes of practice, one accomplishes the Great Seal, and gradually through the method of the five classes of dense arrangement, one attains enlightenment in the nature of the five wisdoms through the methods of the five manifest enlightenments. As the Kunjed Gyalpo Tantra says: "Those who desire the yoga of dense arrangement, can attain liberation in three lifetimes." Furthermore, in the practice of yoga, there are two distinct categories, namely the category common with the Bodhicharyavatara, as the Rangshar says: "The deity and the yogi himself, should be regarded as brothers and friends." Just as the essential points of the Zur tradition's heart essence mention the key points of yoga application. If it belongs to the special category of yoga, then one visualizes oneself as the deity yogi, inviting the wisdom deity to merge into oneself, achieving a state of non-duality. As the Vajra Occurrence Tantra says: "In the non-dual realm of Dharma, obtain the supreme and excellent accomplishment." Fourth is the practice of the Anuttarayoga Tantra. The teacher Yeshe Drakpa said: "The perfection of benefiting others is the Buddha's, main fruit, so it is considered." Thus, entering the gate of secret mantra, the main goal pursued by those who practice conduct is the perfection of benefiting others, and its basis is the perfection of benefiting oneself. Thus, the enlightenment that perfects both self and others is the continuum of the fruit to be attained. To manifest this fruit, it also depends on the completeness of the proximate cause and the co-emergent condition. First, considering the former, as the basis or the cause of the cause

Now, with regard to the second aspect, establishing the continuum of means or the path. As it is said in the later part of the *Guhyagarbha Tantra*: "Continuum is said to be continuous, from means and cause comes the result." And as it is also said in the later part of the *Guhyasamaja Tantra*: "Continuum is called continuous, that continuum transforms into three aspects: the basis, its own nature, and the supreme division of non-appropriation. The aspect of nature is the cause, the basis is called the means, likewise, non-appropriation is the result, the meaning of continuum is summarized by these three." Therefore, the nature of mind, the sugatagarbha that is naturally pure, is the basis for purifying defilements. By the function of realization and non-realization, it becomes the basis or cause of both samsara and nirvana. Because it is continuous without changing its nature, it is called the continuum of the basis or cause. Regarding this, the categories of names are: the reality of meaning without bondage or liberation; the sugatagarbha because the qualities of the result are inherently complete on the basis; the nature of mind, from the emptiness aspect of which the dharmakaya is perfected, and from the appearance aspect of which the qualities of the rupakaya are perfected, but because it is not liberated from defilements, it does not manifest as a buddha, therefore it is called the naturally abiding lineage, as well as the element, the tathagatagarbha with defilements. Although it is related to defilements, it has not experienced contamination of its own essence, therefore it is called naturally pure or bodhi, and so on. Especially in this mantra vehicle, in the outer tantras, it is the suchness of self, the bodhicitta without beginning or end, and so on. In the inner tantras, the mahayoga school considers it to be self-awareness, the bodhicitta, the ultimate truth, inseparable from activity, or the ultimate truth, the inseparable supreme dharmakaya. The anuyoga school considers it to be the son of great bliss, inseparable from space and wisdom, the mandala of the root bodhicitta. The atiyoga school considers it to be the clear light bodhicitta, the reality of emptiness and clarity, unceasing, inherently abiding in the three wisdoms. Moreover, in the unsurpassed tantras, it is said that in the heart of sentient beings, in the palace of the dharma, as the support of the causal continuum, in the center of the five essences, abides the mind itself, the clear light dharmakaya, the bodhicitta. Furthermore, the six essences, including the five elements and consciousness, are also extremely subtle in the meaning of merging two by two into one taste.
