To become a support. When seeing someone doing business, generate the thought that they may obtain the seven noble riches. When seeing someone prostrating, generate the thought that they may obtain the result of being revered by the world with gods and not being able to see the crown of their head. Thus, generate the mind. That's all. Third, summarizing the essence includes repeating the views of the wise and stating one's own views. The first part is: Khyentse Wangchuk Longchen Rabjampa said, "The practice of aspiration is to meditate on the four immeasurables, and the practice of entering is to practice the six perfections. In summary, it can be summarized as the eight black and white dharmas." This means that by practicing the four immeasurables to tame one's mind and placing the benefit and happiness of sentient beings in one's heart, this is the essence of the practice of aspiration. Because not abandoning the mind of enlightenment is said to be the practice of aspiration without losing it. The way in which the practice of entering is summarized as the six perfections can be understood through the previously stated content. These contents are also mentioned in "Resting the Mind Itself": "The practice of aspiration is to meditate on the four immeasurables, abandon the aspects that contradict this, and protect one's mind. The practice of entering is to practice the six perfections, and strive to abandon the aspects that contradict this." This has already been explained. If one practices the four black dharmas and exceeds the time, it is said that one has abandoned the mind of aspiration. If one abandons the mind of aspiration, the entering mind will also be lost, because the support of the entering mind is the mind of aspiration, just as there is no painting without a wall. After thinking this way, here it is summarized as the eight dharmas. Literally speaking, "In short, one should abandon the four black dharmas and strive to practice the four white dharmas." In the context of explaining this sentence, it says, "Now, I will explain how to protect aspiration and entering separately. First, the way to protect aspiration is also to protect it from the perspective of abandoning and accepting, which is the order of all the practices." In this way, entering is not clearly summarized, but even so, in the "Treasure of Tenets," after explaining the difference between the two root downfalls, when explaining how to protect them, it says, "Without losing mindfulness and awareness, abandon the four black dharmas, and one should practice practicing the four white dharmas." He believes that this is explaining this principle, so he explained it in this way. The second part is: Here, one should do things that are beneficial and happy, and here one should also abandon things that are useless and harmful to future lives. The practice of the two traditions
