It is called "unhappiness." Among these thirteen, first, the remainder of abandonment: From here to the offering, the four are based on the origin in Vaishali, and are prescribed for Kaludayi. For the object to be approached, not the three paths, but the place of one's own or another's limb, with the thought of wanting to abandon, touching one's own jewel and striving, semen moves from the place and experiences happiness. Second, the remainder of grasping: For a woman who can be relied upon, with desire, wanting to touch, the happiness arising from touching her body or hair, etc., without interruption, is experienced. Third, the words of intercourse: For a woman who can understand and be relied upon, with desire, at that time and place, speaking the actual words known as intercourse, which that place understands. Fourth, praise of offering: For a woman, with desire, seeking the meaning of intercourse, like a monk like myself, offering with intercourse, is the best among offerings, whether said by oneself or accepted by the object, making it understandable to that place. Fifth, mediation: In Vaishali, it was prescribed for the group of six. The ones to be joined are men and women other than oneself who can be joined, with the desire to join each other, oneself or someone appointed, mediating through three means, so that the two meet and the senses touch. Sixth, the remainder of the house: This and the great house, when the teacher was staying in Kausambi, were prescribed for the group of six. That is, because the four are places with many creatures, disputes, and disasters, in an unsuitable place, with resources sought by others' efforts, without obtaining permission from the Sangha, wanting to build a house for one's own benefit, a house exceeding eighteen cubits in length and eleven and a half cubits in width, whether built by oneself or by someone appointed, surrounded by walls and with the roof completed. Seventh, the great house: Built for the use of four or more people, this does not require seeking or exceeding the size as a branch, and everything else is the same as before. Eighth, unfounded accusation: This and the minor accusation were prescribed in Rajagrha for friends and those born of the earth. Regarding the object, speaking to other monks, without seeing, hearing, or suspecting, through any of the four defeats,

Clearly speaking the words of slander so that the locals understand. Ninth, slight slander is: a local monk, relying on a slight excuse to slander other monks, uses the implication of words to slander in a way that leads to defeat and makes it understandable. Tenth, the division of the Sangha is: in Rajagriha (王舍城), it was established against Devadatta, within the same boundary, a monk with precepts, excluding himself, for the Sangha that can be divided, two people divide each other with non-Dharmic views, although they are prevented by five means of prevention, but it is not put to the end of the third statement. The five means of prevention are: the gate of obstruction, the request of the Sangha, and the three actions of statement. The way to generate downfall from this is: at the end of the first four, each generates a gross offense, and if the end of the third statement is not abandoned, it is the basis of the remainder, and the following three are also explained in the same way. Here, is there a difference between the remainder of the division and its uninterruptedness? The answer is: yes, there is a difference. Uninterruptedness requires a definite Sangha, and the divider must also be a monk, but the remainder is that even if there is no ability to divide the Sangha, participating in that action is enough as long as it is not put to the end of the five means of prevention, and the divider is not necessarily a monk, because a nun can also generate the remainder of the division. Eleventh, following that division is: in Rajagriha (王舍城), it was established against the four monks Kokalika and others who were friends of Devadatta, any monk who wants to help the monk who participated in the division of the Sangha, follows him, and is not put to the end of the five means of prevention. Twelfth, making householders disgusted is: in Shravasti (舍卫城), it was established against Nabhas and Going Fast, playing and enjoying food and drink with women, etc., with evil deeds that violate the precepts, making householders disgusted and disbelieving, that monk who makes householders disgusted, when expelled by the Sangha, slanders the expelling Sangha with four kinds of unjust words of slander, and is not put to the end of the five means of prevention. Thirteenth, making displeased is: in कौशाम्बी (Kauśāmbī,憍赏弥) it was established against འདུན་པ་ (adun pa), for a monk who is talked about and remembers having committed a downfall, and is attached to it, he is restrained by the power of higher discipline, thereby urging the Sangha to punish him.
