For sentient beings, the Buddhas of the ten directions gather like clouds, for the purpose of enjoyment, at dusk and dawn, by granting the power to devour the sun and moon, displaying a playful demeanor, thus and thus, is the Tathagata. So it is said. The second part has three aspects: definition, meaning of words, and classification. The first point is: The ultimate wisdom that possesses two purities, possessing seven branches such as union. Among them, the seven branches are: As it is said, complete enjoyment and union, great bliss without inherent nature, filled with compassion, continuous without cessation, and without end. So it is said. The second point is, in the fundamental treatise of the heart essence, it is said: Accomplishment is ultimately called the fruit. Therefore, beings who seek the supreme and excellent fruit, because their wishes are completely fulfilled, are the fruit. The third part has two aspects: Briefly explaining with the three great ones (Great Renunciation, Great Enlightenment, Great Mind), and explaining in detail. The first point is: Also, the body that has completely purified the two obscurations and their habitual tendencies is, Great Renunciation. The wisdom that clearly sees all knowable realms is, Great Enlightenment. By this power, constantly, universally, and spontaneously accomplishing the benefit of all beings is, Great Mind. In the Ornament of Clear Realization it is said: The supreme mind of all sentient beings, upon renunciation, enlightenment, and the three, the self-arising of the three great ones, this should be known as the supreme act. So it is said. If the meaning is expressed in words, then, the ultimate fruit, Dharmata, is Great Renunciation, because it is the nature of having a body liberated from all obstacles. That Dharmata is Great Enlightenment, because it is the nature of having a body that truly sees all knowable things. That Dharmata is Great Mind, because it effortlessly and spontaneously accomplishes the benefit of beings. Furthermore, in the Uttaratantra it is said: Like water, lakes, etc., attachment, etc., the purification of sudden afflictions, in short, is considered the fruit of non-conceptual wisdom. The Buddha body, possessing all supreme aspects, is certainly attained, this is considered the fruit of wisdom that is attained subsequently. So it is said. Thus, the totality of all Buddhas, the nature inseparable from the three bodies and five wisdoms, is the Great Vajradhara. The second part has two aspects: accomplishing self-benefit and performing the benefit of others.

Firstly, there are two aspects: the establishment of the body and the qualities it possesses. The first is that, considering the division into the three bodies of self-appearance, the aspect of the Dharmakaya is the wisdom nature that is pure, having realized that all phenomena are without characteristics and free from all elaborations. When it is distinguished by the ultimate purity of suddenness, the aspect of the Sambhogakaya is the wisdom of extreme purity that sees the vast appearance of all phenomena as pure. The aspect of the Nirmanakaya is the compassion and powerful wisdom that can display the emanations of body and activity in the other-appearance of disciples, which are the three bodies gathered by one's own continuum. As it is also in the Noble Golden Light Sutra, in the chapter on the Three Bodies: "Thus, in the realm of Dharma, all discriminations do not arise, therefore it is called pure. The true body of the Buddhas is not non-existent. Furthermore, son of good family, the Dharmakaya appears as the Sambhogakaya because the obscurations of affliction are completely purified. It appears as the Nirmanakaya because the obscurations of karma are completely purified. It appears as the Dharmakaya because the obscurations of wisdom are completely purified. For example, electricity arises dependent on space. Light appears dependent on electricity. Likewise, the Sambhogakaya appears dependent on the Dharmakaya. The Nirmanakaya appears dependent on the Sambhogakaya. Therefore, the Dharmakaya appears because of its naturally pure nature. The Sambhogakaya appears because of its pure wisdom. The Nirmanakaya appears because of its pure samadhi. These three are pure because of the suchness of Dharma, the suchness of non-otherness, the suchness of one taste, the suchness of liberation, and the suchness of boundlessness. Therefore, the bodies of all Buddhas are not different. Son or daughter of good family, whoever says that the Tathagata is my great teacher and has faith, knows with certainty that the body of the Tathagata is non-dual." Thus it is said. This is illusion.
