The practice of the Mahayana path of meditation. The practice of the Mahayana path of meditation that bows down to all. The practice of the Mahayana path of meditation that triumphs over afflictions. The practice of the Mahayana path of meditation that is not deceived by harm. The practice of the Mahayana path of meditation that accomplishes perfect enlightenment. The practice of the Mahayana path of meditation that, as an object of reliance, becomes a place of offering, there are six in total. In summary, there are three fruits: the fruit of the person, the fruit of maturation, and the fruit of mastery. The first has two aspects: pacifying inner disturbances and pacifying outer disturbances. In the first, considering the temporary fruit, the first two practices are established. Considering the ultimate fruit, the third practice is established. Considering the pacification of outer disturbances, the fourth is established. Considering the second, the fifth is established. Considering the third, the sixth is established. The second has two aspects: a general presentation and individual explanations. The first has three aspects: the physical basis of the path of meditation, the mental basis, and the nature of the path of meditation as the basis. The first is that self-realizers are definitely those who have a basis in desire. The path of meditation of the Hearers, if newly arising, has a basis in the realm of desire and form, and if already attained and abiding, also has a basis in the formless realm. The path of meditation of the Mahayana, if newly arising, is definitely based on either the realm of desire or form. As the Compendium says: "Enlightenment qualities, perfections, and transformations will arise, but one does not strive to be born in the formless realm." If already attained and abiding, it may also have a basis in the formless realm, because one is skilled in taming beings in the formless realm. The second has two aspects: a general presentation and the cutting of doubts. The first is that the path of meditation of the Lesser Vehicle, if newly arising, actually relies on any of the six dhyana grounds. If already attained and manifested, it relies on the mind of the formless realm, because practitioners of the Hearer's path of meditation rely on the actual basis of the peak of existence, thereby manifesting the cessation attainment. The actual mind of the fourth dhyana of the Mahayana is the most important, because it is easy to accomplish the path by relying on the equality of calm and insight. It is not that one does not actually rely on the mind of the formless realm, because the distinctive samadhi of the first ground, which becomes the nature of the final moment of the path, is the formless realm.

Because the actual practice serves as the actual cause of the second ground. Secondly, although the first moment of the Mahayana path of meditation is definitely in meditative equipoise, its actual cause also includes the special path of meditative equipoise of the first ground, and also includes the special path of subsequent attainment.

That. (This is) the manifest realization following the Mahayana, which takes the ultimate truth as the main object. Definition: All the meditative paths of the Mahayana. Fourth: The Mahayana meditative path is determined to be nine, such as the small of the small, because the Mahayana meditative path continuously arises from the second to the tenth bhumi. It pervades, because the second bhumi and its small of the small have the same meaning, up to the tenth bhumi and its great of the great have the same meaning. Because it is continuous. Such are the meanings. Second, there are: contaminated meditative path and uncontaminated meditative path, two types. First, there are: the meditative path of faith, dedication, and rejoicing, three types. First: the definition, classification, boundary, and benefits of the Mahayana's faith meditative path, four types. First: the Mahayana manifest realization, which is included in the subsequent attainment of believing in the source of the three meanings of the Mother Prajnaparamita. Second, there are: self-benefit faith meditative path, two-benefit faith meditative path, and other-benefit faith meditative path, three types. Definition of the first: What is the meditative path of the impure bhumi? The desire and corresponding (mental factors) of believing in the source of the perfection of self-benefit of the Mother Prajnaparamita. Classification: nine, such as the small of the small. Definition of the second: What is the meditative path of the pure bhumi before the wisdom of the tenth bhumi is born? The desire and corresponding (mental factors) of believing in the source of the perfection of two-benefits of the Mother Prajnaparamita. Classification: nine. Definition of the third: What is the meditative path of the continuum of the tenth bhumi? The desire and corresponding (mental factors) of believing in the source of the perfection of other-benefit of the Mother Prajnaparamita. Classification: nine. These are also established as small, medium, and large in terms of symbolic examples, not that the first to arise is small, the middle is medium, and the last is large, because it is not contradictory for nine symbolic examples to exist simultaneously in the continuum of one individual. Third: First, it exists from the second to the seventh bhumi, because there, the power of the latent tendencies of afflictive emotions has not been transformed into a basis, and because of the effort, it abides in the lineage of mainly accomplishing self-benefit. Second, it exists in the state of the eighth and ninth bhumi, because the effort can effortlessly accomplish the benefit of both self and others, and the trainable.
