(Pa) is a supreme manifestation, dedicated as the cause of Nirvana beyond the world. As it is said, although it is said to dedicate to the Nirvana of the deceased, it is not the Nirvana of the Hearers and Solitary Realizers. As it is said in the Mother of the Conquerors: "Subhuti, all roots of virtue should be dedicated to the state of Buddhahood, and should not be completely dedicated to the state of Hearers and Solitary Realizers." Therefore, it is necessary to dedicate only to the state of Buddhahood. As it is said in the Sutra of Complete Dedication: "These roots of virtue, I also dedicate to the state of Buddhahood." As it is said. Third, for whom is the dedication made? It is dedicated so that all sentient beings pervading the sky may attain enlightenment. As it is said in the Bodhicaryavatara: "Body, possessions, and the virtuous things of the three times, for the sake of all sentient beings, should be given away without hesitation." As it is said, by dedicating in this way, since it is directed towards immeasurable sentient beings, the merit will also arise in the same amount. As it is said in the Precious Garland: "The realm of sentient beings is immeasurable, and the desire to benefit them is also the same." As it is said. Fourth, the way to dedicate is: In the ultimate truth, all dharmas are not established by their own nature, so merit is also without attachment in the way of the three spheres being completely pure. In conventional truth, whoever is the doer, whoever is the object to be done, and all the virtues of how it was done, are also dedicated in the way that they appear like dreams or illusions and are without self-nature. As it is said in the Intermediate Mother: "Subhuti, all dharmas are like illusions, like dreams. Virtue is also like illusions, like dreams." As it is said. If one dedicates with attachment, the virtue will not become good. As it is said in the Compilation: "Just as eating good food mixed with poison, the Victorious Ones have also spoken of attachment to white dharmas in the same way." Therefore, one dedicates in the way of being without attachment. As it is said in the Root Text: "The special dedication is the best of its actions. It is of the nature of being without attachment, and it is the characteristic of being non-inverted." As it is said. In this, the nature of dedication itself is: the combination of the power of the mind and special words that transform the roots of virtue into enlightenment through aspiration. As it is said in the Sutra of the Array of the Qualities of the Field of Manjushri: "All dharmas are causes, and they completely abide at the peak of aspiration. Whatever prayer one makes, it will be fulfilled in that way."

Now accomplish. Thus it is said. Fifth, the necessity of dedication is: in order for the roots of virtue to be inexhaustible and to increase more and more. As stated in the Sutra Requested by Sagacious Ocean: Just as in the great ocean, a single drop of water, it will not be exhausted until the ocean is exhausted. Likewise, the virtue completely dedicated to Bodhi, it will not be exhausted until Bodhi is attained. Thus it is said. Sixth, the witness of the accomplishment of dedication is: Praying to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions to know, for the sake of accomplishing the dedication. Third is: From skillful means and non-objectification, etc. Therefore, regarding the subsequent rejoicing meditation path of the Great Vehicle, there are three aspects: nature, divisions, and doubt resolution. The first is: To rejoice in the virtuous roots of oneself and others, to practice correctly, the subsequent attainment of the Great Vehicle, which is associated with the feeling of pleasant mind, is included in the manifest realization. Second, there are two subsequent rejoicing meditation paths included in the impure and pure grounds. Third, the three of aspiration dedication and subsequent rejoicing are not contradictory, because all the contaminated meditation paths of the Great Vehicle are included within the dedication meditation path, because all of them are meditation paths that are seized by the desire to seek enlightenment. Although it is pervasive, it is not the same, because the two of aspiration dedication associated with the feeling of equanimity are not subsequent rejoicing meditation paths. Second, there are two: accomplishment meditation path and pure meditation path. The first is: Its very essence is supreme. Therefore, regarding the accomplishment meditation path of the Great Vehicle, there are two aspects: nature and divisions. The first is: The manifest realization of the Great Vehicle, which is included in the abandonment of the obscurations of knowledge and afflictions to be abandoned through meditation by means of antidotes. This and the uninterrupted path of the Great Vehicle's meditation path have the same meaning. Second, dividing from the perspective of the grounds, there are two accomplishment meditation paths included in the impure and pure grounds. Dividing from the perspective of what is to be abandoned, there are two accomplishment meditation paths: the seeds of what is to be abandoned through meditation and the actual abandonment of the bad states. Second is: The pure fruit, form, etc., therefore it is the pure meditation path of the Great Vehicle. What is taught in the text is: The detailed explanation of the pure fruit, etc., are three. First, there are two aspects: nature and divisions. The first is: The manifest realization of the Great Vehicle, which is included in the support of the obscurations of knowledge and afflictions to be abandoned through meditation by means of antidotes. This and the meditation
