Because it is divided into three due to the difference in sequence. The fifth has two parts: a brief explanation and a detailed explanation. The first is indicated by "Objects are all dharmas." All dharmas are subjects; they are the objects of Mahayana practice because they are the basis for cutting off superimpositions. The second is indicated by "That is also virtue, etc." That object is also a subject. If divided, there are eleven types: the three, such as virtue, worldly discriminations, the qualities that are considered to be beyond the world, dharmas with outflows, dharmas without outflows, dharmas that are compounded by causes and conditions, dharmas that are not compounded by causes and conditions, the dharmas that are common to disciples and hearers, and the dharmas that are not common to the Thubpa (Buddha). The sixth is indicated by "All beings are supreme, that is mind," etc. This activity for the sake of the Bodhisattva named Self-Arisen Buddha is a subject. It should be known that it can be divided into three because it is the nature of the three great ones. The nature of the three great ones is a subject. There are three: the great mind that makes the person of reliance the most supreme among all beings, the great renunciation, and the great realization. The seventh, explaining the nature of practice, has four parts: armor practice, entering practice, accumulation practice, and definitive emergence practice. The first is indicated by "Those individually, giving, etc., six aspects," etc. What is armor practice is a subject. It is explained as it is in the sutra through six sets of six ways, that is, the six, such as giving, are each explained without error by summarizing them into six ways, such as giving. The second is indicated by "Dhyana, formless, giving, etc." It should be known that it is the entering practice of ascending to the Mahayana, a subject. If divided in terms of the place of entry, there are nine types: the entering practice of entering into the samadhi of dhyana and formless absorption, the entering practice of entering into the six paramitas, such as giving, and the superior path of seeing, meditation, and no more learning.

Entering and practicing, and so on. Entering and practicing the four immeasurables such as loving-kindness. Entering and practicing without attachment to things. Entering and practicing the purity of the three circles. Entering and practicing the three great purposes. Entering and practicing the six supernormal powers. Entering and practicing the way of all-knowingness. Therefore, the third part has two aspects: generally showing the seventeen accumulations of merit, and separately explaining the difficult-to-understand parts. The first part is shown by "loving-kindness and generosity, etc., six." It should be known that this is the order of accumulating merit, because the Dharma has seventeen divisions: the accumulation of merit of loving-kindness and great compassion; similarly, the six accumulations of merit of the six perfections such as generosity; the accumulation of merit of calm abiding; the accumulation of merit including insight; the accumulation of merit of any path that combines skillful means and wisdom; the accumulation of merit of any skillful means; the accumulation of merit of wisdom; the accumulation of merit of merit; the accumulation of merit of the path; the accumulation of merit of dharani; the accumulation of merit of the ten bhumis; the accumulation of merit of antidotes. The second part, separately explaining the difficult-to-understand parts, has two aspects: specifically explaining the accumulation of bhumis, and specifically explaining the accumulation of antidotes. The first part, specifically explaining the accumulation of bhumis, has two aspects: explaining from the perspective of purifying the nine causal bhumis, and explaining the tenth bhumi from the perspective of its characteristics. The first part has nine, and first explains the first purification of ten, which is what will be explained. What is shown by "completely purifying with ten aspects," etc., is: the complete purification that becomes the first bhumi has ten aspects: having no false thoughts, the very thing that benefits others, having an equal mind towards all sentient beings, giving away all possessions, relying on a virtuous spiritual friend, seeking the object of the holy Dharma of the three vehicles, constantly thinking of renunciation, the joy of wanting to attain the body of a Buddha, teaching the holy Dharma, and speaking truthful words are considered the tenth complete purification, so these ten dharmas, from the perspective of ultimate truth, do not cling to inherent existence.
