It is the same as everything, because it is the same as all afflictions. The view of non-existence is the same as either the feeling of pleasure or the feeling of pain, because it produces various kinds of joy and sorrow. Doubt is the same as unhappiness, because it is the wisdom that enters in a sad way. The remaining four of the other views and pride are the same as happiness, because it is the wisdom that enters in a joyful way. Those afflictions are also only based on those born from the desire realm, because the subtle details of the higher grounds are the same as their respective feelings, just as what kind of feeling there is on which ground. The second is: Regret and jealousy, anger and, harming, holding grudges and, resentment, unhappiness and, stinginess, etc. are the opposite. Flattery and deceit and concealment and sleep, are the same as both happiness and unhappiness, pride and equanimity are all-pervasive. The other four are the same as the five, it is said. Regret and, jealousy and, anger and, harming and, holding grudges and, resentment, etc. are the same as unhappiness, because it is the wisdom that enters in a sad way. Stinginess, etc. are, From that opposite, because it is the wisdom that enters with the joy arising from the cause of attachment. Flattery and, deceit and, concealment and, sleep, etc., are the same as both happiness and unhappiness, because it is the wisdom that sometimes enters in a joyful way and sometimes in a sad way. Pride is the same as happiness, because it is happiness in the desire realm, mental happiness in the third dhyana, and equanimity in the fourth dhyana. Equanimity is the same as all-pervasive near afflictions, because it is undeniable that it is the same as it like a race. Shame, shamelessness, dullness, and agitation are the same as the five sense faculties, because they are the many grounds of non-virtue and affliction. Fourth, the explanation of the five obscurations is: In desire, the obscurations are incompatible, because food and activity are the same. Two, one aggregate, harm and, doubt, therefore it is five. It is said that: In desire there are five obscurations, namely desire for desire, malice, dullness and sleep.

Excitement and regret. Because there are five such as doubt. Lethargy and sleep, there is a reason to classify the two as one type of obscuration, because they have inconsistent aspects, and food and behavior are the same. There is a reason why excitement and regret are counted as one, as mentioned above. There is a reason for dividing the obscurations into five, because they harm the aggregate of discipline. For desire, craving and hatred are established. For wisdom, lethargy and sleep are established. For concentration, excitement and regret are established. Because doubt is established considering that they all harm the three. Second, explaining the antidotes that eliminate, there are four ways: which antidote eliminates which is to be eliminated, the classification of antidotes, detailed explanation of the distant antidote, and detailed explanation of the support antidote. The first is: completely knowing the object, and the object correctly, exhaustion and abandonment of the object. Exhaustion occurs when the antidote arises. This is to say, there is a way to eliminate subtle latent tendencies, that is, to eliminate by completely knowing the object, and to eliminate by exhausting the correct object of the pervasive object, and to eliminate by the arising of the antidote. The second is: four antidotes eliminate, the basis and the distant nature, called refutation from the object, afflictions are to be eliminated. This is to say, there are four types of antidotes that eliminate subtle latent tendencies, namely the antidote of elimination, the antidote of the basis, the antidote of distancing, and the antidote called refutation. Therefore, the way to eliminate subtle latent tendencies is also to want to eliminate the afflictions of the object of grasping and the grasped. The third is: characteristics are different, different aspects, objects are separately cut off and time, arising and discipline aspects and, time is long like. This is to say, there are four distant antidotes, namely distant aspects due to different characteristics, distant due to different aspects, distant due to separate cutting off of objects, and distant due to long time. The first is, for example, the four elements. The second is, for example, breaking vows and discipline. The third is, for example, the eastern ocean and the western ocean. The fourth is,
