The three boundaries of the three realms without defilements, are the realm of activity without defilements. This means that the suffering truth to be abandoned by seeing arising from the desire realm, its cause, the origin truth to be abandoned by seeing, and what is to be abandoned by cultivation, are the objects of the five minds, namely the three belonging to one's own realm, and one to be abandoned by cultivation belonging to the form realm. Because it has become the realm of activity of the immaculate and unpolluted. The three to be abandoned arising from the form realm are the objects of the eight minds, namely the three of one's own realm, the three of the lower desire realm, and one to be abandoned by cultivation of the upper formless realm. Because it has become the realm of activity of immaculate knowledge. The three to be abandoned arising from the formless realm are the objects of the ten dharmas (all dharmas), namely the suffering truth to be abandoned by seeing, the origin truth to be abandoned by seeing, and the three to be abandoned by cultivation belonging to the three realms, because it is the realm of activity without defilements. All the cessation truth to be abandoned by seeing and the path truth to be abandoned by seeing are the objects of many dharmas, because it has become the realm of activity by adding one's own recitation on top of what was previously shown. It is the object of the ten bhumis without defilements, namely the final cessation truth and path truth to be abandoned by seeing of the three realms, and the three to be abandoned by cultivation, because it has become the realm of activity of the mind without defilements. Third, the distinction from the perspective of having and not having: Afflictive subtle latent predispositions are twofold, non-afflictive latent predispositions increase. This means that afflictive latent predispositions have two ways of increasing, namely increasing through objects and association. Non-afflictive latent predispositions have only one way of increasing, namely increasing through objects. Second, the way of arising, the order of arising and the two causes of arising. The first is: From ignorance arises doubt, then wrong view, then view of the perishable collection, then extreme clinging, then view of holding precepts as supreme, then view, pride arises towards one's own view, hatred towards others, thus in order. This means that latent predispositions have an order of entering, first entering through ignorance of the truths, then doubt arises towards the truths, then the wrong view that the truths do not exist, then the view of the perishable collection of clinging to the aggregates as self, then the extreme clinging of clinging to this as permanent or impermanent,

Then, holding the discipline and asceticism as supreme in themselves. Then, holding the view that considers evil views as supreme. From this, arrogance arises towards one's own views, and hatred arises towards the views of others. Thus, it arises sequentially. The second is: Subtle latent tendencies are not abandoned, objects are situated nearby, and from improper attention, the causes of afflictions are complete. This means that there are three ways in which subtle latent afflictions arise: subtle latent afflictions are not abandoned, objects such as beautiful forms are situated nearby, and from improper attention to purity and happiness, the causes of afflictions are complete for the arising of afflictions. The third is the classification, including the classification mentioned in the sutras, the classification explained in the treatises, the incidental explanation of similarities and correspondences, and the explanation of the five obscurations to be abandoned. There are four in total. The first includes two aspects: separate explanations and concise definitions. The first includes explanations of outflows, explanations of confluences, and explanations of grasping. The first includes three types: outflows of desire, outflows of existence, and outflows of ignorance. The first is: In the desire realm, except for delusion, all afflictions are bound. This means that in the desire realm, everything that is bound by afflictions except for delusion is an outflow, because they cause leakage into samsara. The second is: In the form and formless realms, only subtle outflows of existence arise. These are not spoken of, but inwardly contemplated, and made into one category because they are the ground of meditative absorption. This means that in the form and formless realms, only subtle latent tendencies other than ignorance are called outflows of existence, because they cause leakage into the higher realms. The reason why the afflictions other than ignorance in the higher realms are collectively called outflows of existence is that they are not predicted, inwardly contemplated, and are the ground of meditative absorption. The third is: Because ignorance is the root, it is separately taught as an outflow. This means that there is a reason why ignorance is separately listed as an outflow, because ignorance is the root of afflictions. The second is: Confluences are also the same, separately explained to clarify the views. Those that are not outflows and are without companions, after establishing them.
