Therefore. It exists in the six grounds, because it exists in the six dhyana grounds. The so-called subsequent wisdom has a way of relying on the ground, because it exists in the nine uncontaminated grounds. Similarly, there is also the explanation of the four truths and the attainment of the knowledge of cessation and non-arising, because it exists in the nine grounds. Furthermore, there is mind consciousness, because it exists only in the four dhyanas. The second is: That is the first and has form as its support. The so-called Dharma-wisdom has desire as its support. Others have the three realms as their support. That is to say, mind consciousness has its support, because it is the support of the desire realm and the form realm. Dharma-wisdom exists, because it is the support of the desire realm. The other eight consciousnesses exist, because they are the support of the three realms. The third is: Cessation-wisdom and mindfulness abiding, one, and the mind-wisdom of others, three, the remainder are four. That is to say, cessation-wisdom is together with mindfulness abiding, because only Dharma mindfulness abiding exists. The mind-wisdom of others is also together with mindfulness abiding, because there are three mindfulness abidings. The remaining eight consciousnesses are together with mindfulness abiding, because all four exist. Fourth, regarding the way in which consciousnesses become objects for each other, the combination of the ten dharmas with objects and subjects, and the three ways of knowing dharmas. The first is: The object of Dharma-wisdom is nine, the object of Path-subsequent wisdom is nine, the object of Suffering-cause wisdom is two, the object of four is ten, and the object of one is not. That is to say, in the object of Dharma-wisdom there are nine consciousnesses, because all exist except for subsequent wisdom. In the object of Path-wisdom and subsequent wisdom there are nine consciousnesses, because in the former all exist except for conventional wisdom, and in the latter all exist except for Dharma-wisdom. Suffering-cause wisdom has two, because there are two: conventional wisdom and contaminated mind consciousness. The objects of the four: conventional wisdom, mind consciousness, and cessation-non-arising wisdom, are all ten, while the object of cessation-wisdom is not, because it only takes itself as its object. The second is: The ten dharmas should all be combined. That is to say, the ten consciousnesses and the ten dharmas all have objects, because they are to be combined with subjects. The third is: Those of the three realms and the immaculate dharmas, the unconditioned dharmas, etc., are two and two. That is to say, there are ten dharmas: the dharmas of the three realms and the four immaculate dharmas.

Correspondingly, there are eight types by dividing into two Secondly, regarding the way of possessing: In the first moment of the uncontaminated, wisdom with attachment is only associated with one (wisdom). From the second moment onwards, each increases in the four moments. It means that the noble being with attachment abiding in the first moment of the uncontaminated is not the wisdom of forbearance (क्षान्ति,kṣānti, tolerance, patience), because they are only associated with conventional wisdom. The second moment, which is the forbearance of the knowledge of suffering, is associated with three wisdoms, namely, it is associated with conventional knowledge of dharma and knowledge of suffering. From then on, there is a way of possessing wisdom, because wisdom is increasing in all four moments. Thirdly, regarding the way of obtaining, there are three ways: the way of obtaining the path of seeing, the way of obtaining other paths, and the way of obtaining other wisdoms. The first is: In the path of seeing, how do forbearance and wisdom arise? The future will obtain them. In the path of seeing itself, there are three subsequent attainments (wisdoms), and conventional (wisdom) is also obtained. Therefore, it is called the edge of direct realization. That is the unborn dharma. The edge of cessation of self-ground and lower grounds is the self-affirming aspect arising from effort. It means that there is a way to obtain the path of seeing. Eight wisdoms, how seven wisdoms arise, and different kinds of future will be obtained, because the path of seeing itself has three subsequent wisdoms other than the path, because conventional wisdom is also obtained. Therefore, direct realization is called wisdom arising from self, because it is the subsequent wisdom of realizing each truth. The wisdom arising from the edge is called the unborn dharma, because it arises only from obtaining. The path of seeing obtains the conventional wisdom of multiple grounds, because it obtains the conventional wisdom of self-ground and lower grounds. The conventional wisdom arising from the edge of cessation has a special aspect, because it is the aspect of obtaining the direct realization of the truth of the desire realm. It is not innate, but a combination of effort.
