Examples of two types of similes. Examples of similes with similar sounds: Saraswati, your captivating face, with eyes that glance gracefully, and the radiant white string of teeth that emerges from your smile. Like young petals, with buzzing bees, symbolized by a beautiful smile adorned with stamens. Examples of similes with multiple similar sounds: Saraswati is as beautiful as a lotus stem, your captivating face is like a lotus blossom. Just as bees gather nectar with affection, my eyes drink the nectar of your face and play with delight. Examples of thirty words of material similes: Although there are many who explain the commentaries on the Buddha's teachings, there is no one in this realm like you, with your stainless radiance. On the great throne of the Three Realms Victory Palace, there is no second one with a thousand eyes. Examples of thirty-one words of similar combination similes: Padma, Kāra, on the island of Laṅkā, and you, protector, turn the wheel of Dharma in the land of Yoru. He subdues the hordes of cruel flesh-eaters, and you destroy the armies of heretical philosophical schools. Examples of thirty-two words of causal similes: Saraswati, your body is as beautiful as jasmine (kunda), your voice is as melodious as the instruments of the gods (dundubhi), your mind is as steadfast and profound as the ocean, I bow with reverence to your complete similarity. Like this. Incidentally, from the correction of faults in similes: Even if the signs and words are different, there is no fault. For example: The king cherishes his subjects like a loving mother. This moon-like sister, bestows wishes like the wealth-giving god Vaishravana. Some seek after things like greedy people seek wealth. Some cherish lives as they would their lovers. Like this. Even if there is a difference in superiority or inferiority between the simile and the object, there is no fault. For example: Like you, who are learned and wise, Manjushri Vajra is especially skilled. Possessing the radiance of the glorious sun, who can compete with the light of your knowledge? Like this. If one does not understand the combination, then these can sometimes become faults. For example: This slender woman's face is like the white moon. Like being skilled in the deployment of war, the goddess is skilled. Like the light of the sun, the girl is white. Like protecting wealth, brave and resilient. Like this. Definition of words that clarify similarity: Whatever word combination it appears in, it clearly indicates that the simile and the actual object are similar. Divided into sixty-five types, such as "like", "as", and so on. Words such as "how". From here, all the words are used to clarify similarity.

These are the contents spoken through four categories. The combination methods of these are, for example: The first category, the twenty-two sentences that clarify the essence of the metaphor and meaning, are: Mighty One, your body is like a golden mountain. Your voice resounds like the great drum of the gods. Your mind is deep like the bottom of the ocean. Like the sky, you possess immeasurable qualities. Your activity is continuous, in accordance with the flow of a river. Therefore, you are the same as all the previous victors. The light of compassion, truly the same as the moon, is boundless, pervading all beings, equal to the sky. The beauty of your smiling face and teeth is truly clear. Your lips, the splendor of the bimba fruit, are certainly clear. The beauty of the urna hair between your eyebrows, like a white lotus, is extremely clear. This blooming lotus is the companion of the Mighty One's eyes. Your hair is dark blue, holding the image of a bee. Unconquered and self-arisen, your crown is firm. Your toenails bring happiness and destroy all obstacles. The light of your body and the sunlight are understood separately. The seams of your monastic robe contradict the garments. In the center of the mandala of the victors, you are like the king of mountains. The sky of boundless compassion touches the edge. Your qualities, the pleasing song of others' praise. Truly perfect Buddhas, all are of your lineage. Those who desire liberation all follow you. Therefore, we take refuge in the supreme teacher. We praise you with the words of comparison from the first category. For example: The second category, the eighteen sentences that clarify the meaning of similarity, are: For example: Gentle Protector, your face has the image of the autumn moon. Your wide eyes are paired separately with the petals of the Your lips are bright red, the same as the petals of a lotus. Like a pile of dust particles on the ground, you are beautiful. Your white teeth truly measure the stars. Your tongue and the wide heavenly garment share the same qualities. Your voice has the same qualities as the The nature of teaching the Dharma is the same as the Victor himself. Therefore, your glory is the same as the Mighty One. The beauty of the bee is used as a metaphor for the topknot. The sun is a metaphor for the radiance of your body. The many ornaments of the gods are understood as the light of the rainbow. The lotus is inferior to your face, growing in the mud. The moon is also slightly inferior due to the marks of the rabbit. Praising the beautiful songs of the Gandharvas. The ocean of your mind, without defilements, separately eliminates sins. Giving the wish for benefit and happiness is similar to the wish-fulfilling jewel.
