The location of the first group is: the forehead, etc. The causes and conditions are: the exhaustion of the four winds, etc. The locations there are divided into four types, namely the Brahma kalpa, etc. The lifespan is: the supreme lifespan, etc. The location of the second group is: below that, the nose, etc. The causes and conditions are: the exhaustion of fire, etc. Divided into four types, namely Brahma has passed away, etc. The location of the third group is: below that, kose, etc. The causes and conditions are: the exhaustion of water drops, etc. Divided into immeasurable virtues, etc., four types. The location of the fourth group is: one-third of the throat, etc. The causes and conditions are: the exhaustion of the four earths, etc. Divided into the white kalpa, etc., four types. The lifespan of the twelve lower form realms from the Great Fruit to Brahma is: twelve intermediate kalpas, etc. So, what are the causes and exhaustion of being born in the upper realms? These are not exhaustions related to subjugation, etc., but because the letters such as the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) have become powerful, it is said to be the exhaustion of samadhi that exhausts the realm of desire. In the desire realm, there are five or six types of beings, among which the position of the desire gods who rely on the sky is: below one-third of the throat, etc. The position of the desire gods who dwell on Mount Sumeru is: the top of Mount Sumeru, etc., including the description of the location of the thirty-three heavens, and below that, from the arm of Mount Sumeru to the boundary of the earth, the position of the four great kings is shown. The causes and conditions for the birth of the six types of desire gods are: the power of projecting virtuous karma and perfecting generosity and mantra recitation. The lifespan from Other-Controlled Emanation to the Four Great Kings is: the lifespan is a small kalpa, etc. The location of humans is: on the lands of the inner six continents and the outer seventh continent of the land of enjoyment. Although the separate locations of animals and hungry ghosts are not mentioned in the Tantra Commentary, in the "Stainless Light Ornament" it is said: the twelve parts of the land of karma are the respective locations of humans, animals, and hungry ghosts. Here it is also said: humans and likewise animals and, ghosts and hungry ghosts each dwell. However, in the "Memory Sutra" it is said: Asura animals, Naga animals. As it is said that

Although it is not contradictory to include the dwelling place of sentient beings, the upper half of the earth, within the realm of the Asuras and Nagas. Later scholars say, "Drukpa, the Gravel Hell is also a Pretaloka." It seems there is no unreasonableness in considering the Pretaloka, the southern part of the Gravel Hell, as the abode of Yama, the King of Death; it should be examined. The lifespan of humans, Asuras, animals, pretas, etc., is: "Lifespan is one breath of a human." etc. Although these were not mentioned in the Tantra commentaries when explaining the lifespan of gods, etc., they were explained in the commentary on the occasion of the "Subtle Breath Tantra." Its meaning has already been explained in the first chapter when explaining the internal measurement. Dividing the earth into halves, the upper part is the upper part divided into two parts, with the Asuras above and the Nagas below. Each of the three mandalas of water, fire, and wind is also divided in half, and the seven parts including the lower half of the earth are the abodes of the eight hells. For example, "The Gravel Water Hell in the lower half." etc. If you ask how seven parts become eight hells? The eighth Vajra Iron Mouth Hell is, as the Tantra says, "The seventh, the Howling (ངུ་འབོད་བདུན་པ་དང་།)." The word "and" here indicates that the seventh howling place is in the howling place itself, and the commentary says that it is not in another place. The lifespan of hell is: "Lifespan is earth, water, fire, etc." etc. The causes for being born in other desire realms besides the gods are: "The cause is the virtue that causes rebirth." etc. So what is the order in which these three existences are formed? Although it is not explicitly stated in the commentary, since it is the order in which body, speech, and mind arise, first the Formless Realm, then the Form Realm, and then the Desire Realm are formed. The Desire Realm itself is formed sequentially: underground, above ground, and above ground. Thus, if these arrangements of beings and environment are explained in detail, it would be very useful for practitioners. However, in this case, in order to know the movement of the planets, it is necessary to know the arrangement of the constellations, so it is only explained as an extension of the environment world, and because the letters are also frightening, it is explained briefly.
