Each aspect will be explained in six-six ways. Firstly: The Chinese call it "Ma Yue," and the Tibetan call it "Horse Month," which is the middle month of summer in the Chinese calendar. The middle month of summer is Horse Month, so why is this well-known Mongolian calendar's third month mentioned first? This is because here, the middle month of spring in the Kalachakra calendar, the Black Month, is considered the strongest, and other calendars are coordinated with it, merely as a classification. So, from which month do the Chinese calendar scholars themselves start counting? The "Clear Lamp" says: "The fifth month is one year, and the twelve months reside here. The first month of spring is the Tiger Month, and the years and months are matched in order." Therefore, it starts from the Tiger Month of spring. Regarding this, in Tibet, there are three different recognitions of the Tiger Month of spring, namely the first, twelfth, and eleventh months of the Mongolian calendar. The first two statements are unreasonable. Because the "Treasure Heap" and "Brightness" say: "The first month of spring has a foot height of seven." The "Compendium" says: "The winter solstice and spring equinox return in threes." The "Collection of All Phenomena" says: "The winter solstice sun returns in the Tiger Month of spring." And so on, all say that the winter solstice is in the first month of spring. Moreover, the "Brightness" says: "King These rides on the wind." Because it is said that the winter solstice and King These travel, the third statement is correct, which can be established effortlessly. Regarding this, the upright physician Zurkharba said: "Taking spring as the beginning, this is the time determined during the conflict between the Chinese and Tibetan New Years during the reign of Tri Rel. Starting from the calculation of taking the king's month as spring, the month was also moved forward by one month, so the quotations previously cited in the black calculation books, etc., were all changed." This is an unreasonable statement for the wise. The reason is that in his own writing, it is written: Emperor Trisong Detsen was discouraged by being robbed, and the Chinese concubine moved the first month of the Mongolian calendar as spring to the king's month, and later Trisong After knowing, all the modified calculations were changed back. Because it is recorded that according to this method, that custom has been abolished, and later during the reign of Relpachen, the event of moving the king's month to the first month occurred, these two statements are contradictory. If we follow those incomplete scriptures and take the king's month as the month of spring, then

If you object, it is possible that such things happened in some remote areas. But elsewhere, during the time of Trisong Detsen, errors were recognized and the old system was abolished, so it is unlikely that during the time of Ralpacan, they would follow the remaining errors. Moreover, during the time of Trisong Detsen, the four Tibetans and Lotsawa Vairochana and others translated many texts on black calculation, so they corrected the previous erroneous algorithms, and they should have recognized those errors, and after recognizing them, it is impossible to ignore them. Furthermore, if we interpret it according to the saying "translating scriptures," then the early translations of Kongtse's illusory calculations, etc., which take the first month of the Mongol calendar as the beginning of spring, can also be said to have been postponed by the Han Chinese when they disrupted the calendar. If the first month of spring is not mistaken, then the source of the quote "Mondre sets the first day with a copper key, and Tapa sets the second day with a gold key" is from the texts that have never been tampered with by the new black calculation, and it is quoted with flowery words, so it is unreliable. Moreover, the early translations of the scriptures must also be used as the basis for argumentation without being tampered with by the Han Chinese. On my side, the later translation of Khampa Khramo's retranslation, in which the root of the "Lamp of Clarity" translated by him clearly states: "The first day of the first month of spring, combine with Nrub and combine in order." Therefore, you who only believe in the new translations, be satisfied and pleased with this! In addition, the Mongol New Year is set in the first month, and it cannot be said to be the beginning of the Han Chinese calendar, just as the Tibetan king's calendar and the calendars of the astrologers do not agree on the New Year. Therefore, the first month of the Mongol calendar is used as the beginning of the Han Chinese calendar, and it is said that this was done in remote areas after the Wanli Emperor, because the laws were relaxed. Pukpa Kunga Palwa believes that the first month of the Mongol calendar as the beginning of spring is the result of the influence of the Kalachakra during the time of the Tanguts. In the preface to his "Solar Eclipse Wheel," he wrote: "Especially during the time of the Chinese Tangut dynasty, a learned pandit came to China, and his wonderful discourses were amazing.
