Any household's local enjoyment multiplied by the household mandala of 360 becomes a wheel. The daily constant enjoyment of 365 multiplied by, the enjoyment, which is the share of eye-dragon-fire-defect, the mandala followers are added to the collection multiplied by the same share, and the lunar mansion is multiplied by its own enjoyment of 371, plus one desire-part of the mansion, combined to become a wheel. Who is enjoying? Secondly, who is enjoying? They are the ten great planets. Because they enjoy the wheel of stars. Their sum is: Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, known as the seven planets. Adding the long tail, Rahu, head and tail three, the planets become ten. That is to say, the eight from the Sun to the long tail are clockwise and left-handed, and Rahu and Time-fire two are counterclockwise and right-handed to enjoy the wheel of stars. All of these are also called wind-going or manifestation-going due to the power of the house rotation, that is, they are like rotating Mount Meru to the right every day. Therefore, this is determined by the direct perception of the root consciousness. Among them, the Sun, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn are the four fierce planets, and the Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Long Tail are the four peaceful planets. When the peaceful and fierce planets meet, the fierce planets move to the right and south, and the peaceful planets move from the left to the north. If the peaceful and fierce planets meet harmoniously within themselves, it is uncertain whether they move to the left or right. These also rule in the manner of becoming the masters of their respective houses. Therefore, these are the territories of that planet: Aries and Scorpio are the territories of Mars, Gemini and Virgo are of Mercury, Sagittarius and Pisces are of Jupiter, Taurus and Libra are of Saturn, the house of Leo is of the Sun, and Cancer is of the Moon.

At that time, the Sun's arrival at the central line of the Eastern Continent can be understood by the shift of the weekday lords of the central Southern Continent, because it is said that that shift is dawn. When the Sun is on that particular birth star, the birth of the others is also established. For example, the birth of the Moon begins with the start of the first waxing phase. The others also start from their birth stars, proceeding in the order of precedence, because they must rise from the Sun. Their respective birth stars are: the Moon at the beginning of Krittika, Mars at the half of Mrigashīrsha, Mercury at the half of Shatataraka, Jupiter at the beginning of Anuradha, Venus at the beginning of Navaso, Saturn at the beginning of Hasta, Rahu at one-quarter of Dhanishta, Ketu at the half of Ashlesha, and Kala-agni (Time-fire) at the end of Revati. The seven, Sun, etc., rule on their respective days of birth until the next planet is born, sometimes two days at a time, sometimes three days, and so on. Since Saturn rules in a cycle of seven days after its birth, it is known as the weekday lord. These planets, in their respective signs and birth stars, if their respective enemy planets enter, they fight, so they show signs of strife and so on in the world. The enemy planets are: Mars and Mercury, Jupiter and Venus, Saturn and Rahu. Although the Sun and Moon do not fight with them, if Saturn enters the sign of the Moon, Rahu will contend; if Rahu enters the sign of the Sun, Saturn will contend. Because those two are of the same kind as the Sun and Moon. In those cases, if their own lord enters, then during the period when that time-combination rises and sets, the corresponding results of the actions of that sign will be accomplished without error.
