Whatever was done, the Victorious Ones clearly see from the Dharmadhatu without obstruction. Therefore, if there is even a slight deviation, think that it must be that you have not done it well, and immediately confess and keep the vows. Also, when food and favorable conditions gather, think that it is the kindness of the Lama and the Three Jewels, and make offerings and generosity, and strive in virtuous deeds. Whatever misfortune occurs, such as poverty, destitution, illness, or suffering, think: My root Lama knows, this is due to past karma, it is the truth of the unfailing law of cause and effect. Now, whatever happens, may the Lama and the Three Jewels know. May all the evil deeds and obscurations of myself and all sentient beings be purified, and finally, may all of that be placed in the state of emptiness, free from elaboration, etc. He gave detailed instructions on what to accept and reject. Now, my body is tired and my eyesight is rapidly deteriorating, and although I may remain for a while, I probably will not be able to give such a ripening empowerment as this time. Therefore, before benefiting others, you must first ripen your own mind-stream, so everyone should focus on practice and become proficient. On top of that, you must all make every effort to explain and propagate as much as you can.
