After returning, on the twenty-ninth day of the fourth month, the ground-breaking ceremony for the temple was held through the Vajrakila method. At the time of the ground-breaking, with unwavering confidence, the clear appearance of Palchen Vajrakumara's form manifested as if seen with one's own eyes, thereby subduing the external and internal demons. At that time, various future events also appeared clearly in his mind without any obstruction. On the way to the ground-breaking site, Gyurme (འགྱུར་མེད་) brought a full bottle of chang (Tibetan barley beer) from the end of the stairs, and he felt very happy in his heart. At this time, he saw a woman around twenty years old, with elegant and beautiful demeanor, with a joyful swirl painted between her eyebrows, who seemed to be a dakini of the yogini type. He (the author) said that he could not determine whether she was tangible or intangible. At the beginning of the fifth month, when the former Desi (སྡེ་སྲིད་) invited him to Sangri (ཟངས་རིར་), an unbearable black wind arose in the boat of the Lhakhang (temple), but as the vision of the protector of karma (ལས་མགོན་) appeared, the wind subsided. There, he bestowed the empowerment and subsequent permission of separation on Desi Rinpoche, and performed many auspicious ceremonies. On the evening of the tenth day of the waxing moon, all the teachers and students recited the Seven-Line Prayer in unison. Due to the intense feeling of faith, the visions experienced in his mind vanished like a dream. At the same time, in the sky in front of him, the Great Orgyen (ཨོ་རྒྱན་ཆེན་པོ་) appeared, with a white complexion, young and handsome, adorned with bone ornaments, shaking a damaru (ཌཱ་མ་རུ་) in his right hand and holding a skull cup in his left hand, dancing with his left leg extended, embracing the red consort dakini. From his body emanated infinite rays of light, and from the top of the rays, dakinis flew like dust in the sunlight. From everyone's mouths came the sound of mantras, like a beehive being destroyed. The light from the three places of the guru converged, bestowing empowerment and blessings. At the same time, from his mouth came the words: The body is the illusory form of the empty appearance mudra, The speech is the indestructible vajra sound of emptiness, The mind is the unutterable pure nature of awareness emptiness, The unchanging, stainless, all-pervading space of dharmadhatu. The pacification of all elaborations is like the waves of the ocean, That realization is the supreme path of Aho. Ema, today you and I hold onto, The object of grasping is like the moon's reflection in water, The grasper's

Also without clinging, severing its root. Therefore, do not view as separate, luminosity is the source of all dharmas. In such instructions, the emanation together with the rays of light were gathered. The father and mother transformed into a dazzling white light and dissolved into his own body, merging into the nature of unchanging awareness and emptiness. Thereafter, for several days, from that very nature, the unobstructed play of unwavering power, compassion, and illusion arose. On the way back, when viewing Samye Monastery from Mönkharda, the imprints of the time when Guru Rinpoche, Abbot Shantarakshita, and King Trisong Detsen gathered in the past were awakened, and the sights of the spiritual friends, retinue, and conduct of that time appeared very clearly in the vision. On the night of the fifth day of the Black Month (November in the Tibetan calendar) at the monastery, a naked black-skinned Acharya came, carrying a human skin on his shoulder and leading a black dog, and said, "If this palace of the Great Glorious Wrathful One faces south from the northwest, it will surely be suitable for accomplishing fierce activities." He replied, "It is fine to do so." Afterwards, he said, "After doing so, this dog will be tied here." Then he tied the dog to the crooked-necked tree in the northwest, as if waking from a dream. Previously, he had intended to grant this place as the site for the mandala of the Protector's Palace, but considering that the Protector himself had made this place his dwelling, he changed the arrangement. Then, on the fifth day of the Khums Month (possibly April), he went to Tsari. When he was sitting on the meadow in front of the palace, Yarla Shampo respectfully bowed in a virtuous manner like a young man and vowed to accomplish activities. At Chözam, a farmer greeted him and promised to accomplish activities. The co-emergent mother of that field manifested in the form of a woman, generating the wisdom of great bliss, so he could see the channels and elements of his body without obstruction. From the next day onwards, bliss, experience, power, and strength arose without obstruction. On the way, rainbows filled the valley, and rainbow spears pierced his body, and other wondrous sights were seen by everyone. Once, when they were traveling together, the road was blocked by snow, and the people who were circumambulating returned. That night, in a dream, the Yaksha Warrior prophesied, "There is no danger of anyone not being able to escape." As he said, from the next day onwards, the sky cleared and the journey was more comfortable than in midsummer. At each of the wondrous places, he performed tsok offerings and other activities, without wavering from the wisdom of bliss and emptiness, luminosity.
