Having gathered all the people, they welcomed him with grand ceremonies and various performances. At that time, there were plans to personally greet him, but on the way, as no handwritten decree had arrived, and because the Terton Rinpoche was advanced in years, the Fifth Dalai Lama revered him as a guru, and we ourselves regarded him as our root guru, it was deemed inappropriate to personally greet him. Therefore, a clear instruction was issued that it was not suitable to personally greet him. Later, at the welcoming site, the instruction was conveyed through the horseman that it was absolutely inappropriate to personally greet the Terton Rinpoche outside the monastery gate. When the Terton arrived at the private chamber and made a request, and regarding the seating arrangement for the welcoming ceremony, considering that personally greeting him now might be inauspicious, instructions were given to the attendants to prepare the seats. According to these instructions, he was welcomed at Labrang Deyang (བླ་བྲང་བདེ་ཡངས་), and during the initial audience at the empowerment hall, instead of ascending the throne, he faced the throne, removed his hat, stood with folded hands, and expressed his gratitude with unparalleled respect. Afterward, he attended the seating arrangement for the welcoming ceremony in the great assembly hall, and after the ceremony, he accepted the offerings of various performances. The next day, on the morning of the tenth day, together they received the empowerment and transmission of the New Treasure Gu Drak (གཏེར་གསར་གུ་དྲག་) and Nyang Treasure Wrathful Black (ཉང་གཏེར་ཁྲོས་ནག་). On this day, he was invited to the seat in the great assembly hall, and elaborate offerings and special banquets were prepared as lavishly as possible. At that time, the superiors instructed that it was not appropriate for the Terton Rinpoche to rise from his seat, and the offerings could be presented by the steward. Therefore, the offerings were presented by his younger brother, Jetsun Kunga Tsultrim Following the seating arrangement, they visited the Secret Mantra Palace and the temple, and at Lhima Lhakhang (ལི་མ་ལྷ་ཁང་), they watched the monks' dances and the dance performances related to the Dar Lingpa (དར་གླིང་པ་) tradition. On the eleventh day, together at Tse Shod (རྩེ་ཤོད་), they performed the exorcism ritual of Vajrapani Wrathful, and the Mati (མ་ཏི་) system.

offered white scarves and the അനുജ്ഞാ (anujñā, permission) of Manjushri Nagaraja, and then inspected the places around the Labrang (bla brang). That night, Gongzhap Rinpoche went to the inner chamber of the private quarters alone, and until well past midnight, he engaged in very intimate and heartfelt conversations. On the twelfth day, offerings such as statues, robes, and great steeds were presented, and after a grand feast was held, even though he was instructed not to come to see him off, he went to the stupa and, after inspecting the place, bestowed blessings from the lotus seat of the throne in front. At that time, he was also invited to sit on the prepared cushion, and when offering scarves, he stood up and took off his hat. While changing horses, he also held his hand and gave teachings on taking care of his health, and after giving many joyful instructions, he mounted his horse. During the royal month, when he went to Trakdruk (khra 'brug) for the affairs of the state and religion, on the evening of the third day, he saw an ominous sign in a dream, indicating trouble for the chamberlain, and that plans needed to be changed. Therefore, the next morning, he immediately ordered the performance of a ritual for averting misfortune. At that time, on the fifth day, when Gongzhap was going to Tsal (mtshal), while changing horses, the horse kicked the chamberlain in the face, but because the original plan was canceled, no major accident occurred. A report on this matter arrived on the eighth day, and he became even more convinced of the dream omen. When he asked the diviner Dumbo ('dum po) again, the answer was: the ominous signs have not yet disappeared, and from the omens, there is a high probability of Dumbo or Phunrap (phun rab). Later, it was learned that the eldest son of Phunrap in Namling (rnam gling) had passed away, and Mönzhubpa Rinchen Tashi (smon 'grub pa rin chen bkra shis) hurriedly came from Shigatse (gzhis rtse), eager to request the teachings of the Khandro Nyingthig (mkha' 'gro snying thig) from Reje (re rje). When he had previously asked for divination, it showed signs of declining life, so he was advised to perform life-extending rituals and ransom rituals, and he was told that due to the circumstances of time and place, he could temporarily listen to the teachings of the Khandro Nyingthig from my disciple Lodän Lhündrup (blo ldan lhun grub). After completing the teachings, he fell ill due to overexertion. On the sixteenth day of the first month of the Wood Bird year (Tibetan calendar), offerings and dedications for the ritual arrived here. The attendants
