Who was it? He rode a fine white horse without a saddle and rested at the bridgehead ahead. Then, when he arrived at the foot of the mountain in the secluded Yamatong (Tibetan place name), although the rain and wind were so fierce that it felt like the mountain was about to shake, he did not lose heart. That night, he stayed in the small hermitage of Zimphuk, where an old, celibate nun named Wawa (Tibetan transliteration) offered him food. That night, he had no dreams but remained in a state of luminosity. Then, on the eighth and ninth days, he performed prayers, incense offerings, torma offerings, and other rituals, and observed the signs of the treasure site. He was convinced that it was the broken rock located on the south side of Tsetru Drak (Tibetan place name). However, because he could not find the sign on the treasure door—the swastika symbol—he was discouraged and thought, "Will I not obtain it this time?" He told the attendant about the situation, and the attendant also felt sad. The attendant suggested, "It would be better to calm down for a while and continue to pray." Then, at sunrise on the tenth day, an uncontainable feeling of joy arose in his heart. On the east side of the broken rock, the master himself offered tormas, and while the attendant was burning incense, he saw a loud cracking sound as if the rock he was leaning against was splitting. He saw a piece of stone moss falling off, and underneath where the stone had been rubbed, there was a bright red swastika symbol. Then, measuring a fathom to the south and digging a little into the ground, he saw a blue stone with lime carefully glued to the cracks. He struck it with an iron chisel, and when it broke open, black sand and soil came out. A creature appeared, about the thickness of a finger and about eight finger-lengths long, like a mottled worm. He was slightly frightened and pushed it aside with a stick. He continued to dig until the western end of the rock's interior, forming a wide cavity, but no treasure items were visible. Looking closely again, when he touched the north side of the cavity with his hand, he found a stone that was smoother than the other stones. When he looked closely, it was a blue stone with lime glued to the edges.

From within the excavated area, the fragrance of camphor wafted out, and along with it came black sand and black cinders. Upon touching them with his hand, a complete reddish-brown Lase (a type of stone) treasure chest and a square Gau box filled with Lase appeared. The attendant, named Ali, danced and laughed. The master himself shone as if unable to contain the radiance of his wisdom. Immediately, he prayed for blessings and made aspirations. He placed the precious jewels, grains, medicines, and other valuables, along with the sand and cinders, inside. He arranged the stones, sealed the treasure door, plastered it with mud, and covered it with dry earth to conceal it. He offered thanksgiving feasts and sacrifices. He wrapped the treasure items in silk and placed them in a net bag. Afterwards, he returned to Gyer Yele (place name) at the sleeping quarters, where the resident practitioner nun said, "The master and disciple seem happier than usual, and your clothes are covered in dust. What is the reason?" He replied, "It is the dust from digging up juniper trees." "Well then, today we are performing the tenth-day offering. Will you join us?" He replied, "That would be fine." Then, from the text, he performed the ritual of the Northern Treasure Mind Accomplishment, together with some nuns. Finally, in connection with receiving accomplishments, he also bestowed the Torma empowerment upon all those present. There, as if unable to contain his inner experience, his behavior became overly intense, as if breaking the previous secret seals, and all those present prostrated. They said, "We seek blessings, we take refuge." However, no one realized that it was a treasure. That night he hardly slept, and in a joyful state of mind, he had a wonderful dream during a brief nap, but it was not recorded, so he said he could not remember it now. Afterwards, he arose early the next morning and accepted the tea and porridge offerings prepared by the practitioner nun. The residents escorted him to the border of Tangtsam (place name). That night he went to Zurkhar (place name). He made a feast offering with the remaining food from the previous day. That night, because there was no food, he had the residents perform the Tara ritual and ate a bowl of noodle soup. The next morning, he also ate Tsampa (roasted barley flour) and then set out. That night he stayed at Gewesel (place name) in the monastery. Because the next day was nearby, it was not easy to get up.
